Better than any type of therapy! Love the simplicity and composite is great for pets being paw friendly when it's hot. Maintenance free is the way to go. I would include it as much as possible.

Love this "right-sized" design layout. So many homes being built today are absurdly oversized, so it's nice to see a high end home that isn't gratuitously large. I will say, though, that timber bed surround in the primary suite is a toe stubbing nightmare lol.

This is absolutely beautiful. I actually like it more than the bigger houses.
The hand hewn timber is a very nice touch and all the colors work perfectly. It has a perfect rustic and modern balance. Not too rustic to where it looks busy, but not to modern to where it looks plain.
The only thing I find a bit odd is the full bath on the first floor.
None the less, I definitely have ideas for my home... and maybe one day a Golden Eagle home?

We have all kinds of Ideas, Such as using our concrete log, or treating all your wood with a safe product like borate give us a call some time

You say “Primary” suite in the video but your floor plan shows master bedroom in the link provided. Why call them two different names? What is the difference between a master bedroom and a primary suite?

The "progressive" mindset taking over is redefining words/terms similar to what went on in 1930's Germany at the start of the second world war.
The term "master bedroom" is too masculine, manly for them so "primary suite/bedroom" is more inclusive and less discriminatory. I hope that helps, I find it utterly ridiculous and petty this new play on words these days. @@unitedcountryarkansasprope3029
Thanks for your feedback but honestly primary makes more sense on bigger homes which have multiple suites.

They build luxury homes, so most likely not.

We have built over 6000 homes in North America our specialty is homes from 700,000 and up
