    JOnathan, hello bro. I'm your subscriber from Ukraine. Want to ask you 2 questions if it's possible.
    1. Can I save all energy in theory if I do all practices, keep my menthal and phisiqal health well, can control energy every day in my life in general do everything right like you tell in all your videos, have one lovely wife, can I save all sexual energy with non-ejaculation orgazms in theory like as if I had never seen the woman in my life before, or still the leakage of energy will be? Hope u understand the question😇I asked in theory and because need a lot of energy on healing my health this year
    2. Every time when I close to orgazm I should relax pelvic floor for max and do not take any action in the pelvic area just control energy by my mind and lift up it from that place to the head etc.? thus non-ejaculation process depends on controlling energy with mind and that's all? mostly menthal process than phisique? What needs to be changed physically when close and want have non-ej org?

    Whenever i keep my pelvic floor fully relaxed while standing after sometime i experience pain in Pelvic floor. Am i doing something wrong?

      Could be many causes for this. It's a better question for a bodyworker who can directly look at your structure and see what is happening for your unique anatomical situation.

      I have read and I also know from experience that when you do certain excercises to relieve pelvic pain, like relaxation, stretching or especially pressure point exercises it might recreate your symptoms in the beginning. It can make you feel the pain even more or feel the need to pee even more, but this will get better with time as you keep doing the exercises. I do not knokw if this is the issue that you are dealing with but I just wanted to share this just in case. Good luck!

      Focus on bringing back to your Navel. I highly recommend "Awaken Healing Energy Through the Tao" by Mantak Chia, it is an essential book

      @@SexualKungFu thanks for the reply. Yea it was too much. It was just one day and I felt the symptoms of the kundalini psychosis. I’ve only been mediating a bit and using my sexual energy up the spine and I got all energy in my head. I can fall asleep but walking felt weird because the energy was crazy.

      @@SexualKungFu but the crazy thing is I actually was like you were saying like a high. I was horny but my whole body felt like it was orgasmic. I’ve done retention before but moving the energy made my whole body feel high and orgasmic.

    In first position you said to breath deeply into the pelvic floor. By that, do you mean apply a little pressure to elongate your pelvic floor like the pressure applied during bowel movement? or just relax?

      @@TheRealBruceLee But ain´t your hair greasy? how do you handle dandruff? Johanathan´s hair looks quite clean can´t see any trace of greasyness. I heard someone said to have a BIO charcoal soap but don´t know. Other said that you only need egg for shampoo just to use it only twice spaced in the mounth because of it´s high protein.

      @@xaviervelazquez9429 I use a silicone head scrubber spikey thing in the shower I think it’s exfoliates the skin a bit. No it isn’t greasy I still wash it everyday in the shower with just water and scrubbing it.

      You'll know if its a retrograde ejaculation because you'll experience a refractory period and have foamy urine afterwards.

I don’t see any testimonials anywhere in the entire internet including your website. It’s a confusing maze out there everybody seems to be making big claims with very little backing..     Jonathan I appreciate your videos mate, I just wanted to ask, providing you have a good amount of strength in your kegel exercises (stopping the flow of urine being a good test?) is there a risk of overdevelopment of muscles from reverse kegels?
    Does that cause a weak bladder or anything I might not have thought of, but in your expertise?

      From my experience, no. Unless you stop walking, and don't do basic core exercises. Or if you live a sedentary lifestyle. I recommend everyone do basic core strength building exercises that engage the core, glutes, hamstrings. Strengthening these together will create a much more balanced strengthening of the pelvic floor than doing kegels.

    Hey Jonathan. I'm doing self stimulation 5 times a week. Most of the time I feel I can relax and breath and calm down excessive sexual tension to last long in session. But some day I feel like I'm having jam in energy channels and groin area is locked and I ejaculate quickly during self pleasure. My goal is to rewire my system. What's your suggestions about my issue?

      It's a process, it's not always linear. Some days you feel open and the energy flows easily, some days you feel tense and stagnant. Keep practicing and pay attention to different factors of your life/body/mind that are affecting you, over time things will feel more consistent.

      @@ZimaBlue895 I only did 1 day so far, all exercises. I feel some muscle aches around the buttocks and legs area near there. Though that has more to do with me not exercising for a long time. I don't consciously know yet if it works, however, I feel and believe it does if one continues long enough as stated in the video. He says one is to be consistent to practice at least 3 or 4 times a week and within a month you'll see the results.
