In my mid 30s and have been having issues with ED and Pain. Like you say, one Urologist put me on Cialis. The other urologist mentioned pelvic floor dysfunction and recommended physical therapy! I need to try that.

Brilliant video by doctor seth. I bought her online program and it is very exhaustive. Urologists are usually clueless about cpps. This is the way to go

I’m just now realizing some issues I’m having may be related to a fall from my childhood. But while everything works 😅 I feel there are huge improvements that can be made. How can you help me?

After masturbation... for the following 2-3 days... my thing feels a bit sore, and I don't feel like masturbating... Is this a sign of erectile dysfunction?... seems to function fine on the 4th day.

Becoming uncomfortable about ED is quite normal, I suppose everyone can acknowledge but beating that and being able to satisfy your lover yet again, you'll find nothing that feels better, just read Mario Volpstein's recommendations and finally awake from the nightmare.
I am 26 years male and I have been suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction from last 4days ... I have completely lost erections and there's so much pain in my lower abdomen , scrotum and testicles, pelvis region , and parineum. Basically , there's so much pain in and around my penis and testicles ... And all the urologists are confused about my condition and are clueless. During doing pelvic floor exercises in my home gym , i suddenly got some muscle got contracted and spasmed in my pelvis and lower abdomen area ... After 2-3 minutes , i became normal ... But after this incident , same day my penis went numb and lost erection completely from that point onwards ... Please Tell me what to do ?????? Will i be recover from this condition ????
