I'm 58, and i can tell you first hand that despite the fact that Mike is a total freak of nature with his hand speed and devastating power, he is still human. I get sore doing yard work, Mike is in complete beast mode training. I can't wait to see him knock Jake Paul out, or at least the referee on accident.

@Jayestadenuevo And for that, I give Jake a half a point. But that’s one factor. The problem for Jake is doing damage to a rhinoceros. And that rhinoceros is highly experienced. Jake’s punches are going to be like a flyswatter compared to the “Mule kicks” as one boxer facing Tyson once described it. That has not diminished by much if anything.

he might be old but he still has 3 things going for him 1 being he's still intimidating 2 he still jumps halfway across the ring when the bell rings which adds to the intimidation factor that's always fucked with the opponents head and 3 last but not least the old son of a bitch still has a wicked powerful upper cut that many men on this planet can handle including Jake Paul the only thing that would be better then seeing him ko Paul would be knocking out his baby brother Logan when he steps in the ring to help pick up jake 💯💯🤣🤣🤣

I used to be able to climb multiple Billboards a day but now if i do a 90 footer or above that height I'm done! I can still climb 2, 50 to 70 footers in a day but I can only make it up one really high one in a day! I'm the oldest Billboard installer in the game as far as I know and I also do the best and cleanest installs! These young men today don't give a day if there are wrinkles or the vinyl is loose and then i get called in to fix their screw ups! I don't think it was a struggle but something more like avoiding injury. Jake could hop off backwards, spin off it, sidestep off of it...etc. His reaction time, viewing this alone, shows his age. I don't think he should be hopping in the ring with Jake. I HOPE he puts him down. It might sound dark but I'd LOVE to see Tyson switch off Mike and awaken the monster inside like he's done so many times before getting in the ring. To watch him connect with one good punch and see Jake stiffen up and bounce like a board off the canvas would be glorious.

ESPN and DAZN just can’t figure it out with nothing but trash fights. It would be beautiful if Netflix bankrolls PBC and allowed them in to do what it is that they do. Prime only having 12 slots for PBC the entire year is just freaking ridiculous and far from enough dates on the calendar with all the great professional boxers PBC has in their stable just dying to get in the ring and after PBC arguably just having one of the best years in matchups in decades in #2023 since the 1980’s on Showtime they closed their doors on boxing after almost 30 years.

Man a grueling leg will have you throwing up during the work out, nose bleeding, you go home, rest, wake up the next day and you're kinda sore but then THE NEXT DAY this thing sets in called DOMS and it stands for delayed onset muscle soreness and it literally feels like knives are stuck in your quads and you will tremble like a baby dear to even sit on the toilet. Trust me.

ALL my life I've struggled with this, I CAN'T do weights or intense exercise because I literally can't walk.
Last time I did HIIT I had a week of jobs afterwards doing fire door inspections, in fire stairwell in high rise buildings. WEEKs of going up and down stairs with the 'ripped quad/hammy' feeling.
      Phukken torture

One time I had to put my hands against the wall to help me lower my buyt to the toilet. My legs felt like I was riding a lawnmower for 24 hours straight.

You guys know what the weirdest thing I've noticed to help? It's forcing your legs to move through that pain 💀😐 lol its horrible but likeafter you get them going its good but after you stop moving such as walking, the pain sets back in at like 80% of what it was. Its so strange
I've had people not believe me and it's the hardest thing to explain to someone who's never exerted that level of effort in their life

I have been training in the gym for over 20 years, I am just turning 40 and still have days like this when I train properly. Mike is the "king of the barbarians" as he put it perfectly, you think he is leaving anything in the tank when he trains? This man is pushing himself to extremes like he always has, soreness is part of the recovery and just shows he is training to kill again!

My dad’s 65, he said something happens around 60 - 61 where you start to feel old age no matter what you do. He stopped lifting heavy weights lightened the load and stretched with cardio more. Made him feel far healthier. Mike needs to start treating stretching as a priority otherwise he’s throwing his back out in the first round. To be fair this shouldn’t even be happening in the first place
