Your videos are always so informative, the best! I got cording under my breast and into my abdomen, is this unusual?

I had cording into my abdomen too! It’s not as common as down the arm. Doing scar massage on my mastectomy scar (especially the centre) helped as that’s where the cording was connected to. I also did a lot of self-breast massage. Hope it doesn’t take too long to resolve.

Hi Erica.. Thank you for the video :) Is cubbing for prevent lymphedema? I’m at 3 weeks post surgery left breast and 2 lymph nodes removed. And when can I start doing the cubbing?
    Thank you :)

Cupping can be used for many of the side effects post-cancer surgery and treatment. This video is showing cupping specifically for cording - which can happen when lymph nodes are removed. Cupping can also be done for some radiation side effects (radiation fibrosis) - I'll do a video on this at some point. Cupping won't prevent lymphedema - doing rehab exercises post-surgery can help and self-lymphatic massage as well. Best of luck with your recovery!
