Great tutorial mate, very detailed! I have all the parts ready to go with the job for my 2002 CLK55 and this just gave me the extra boost of confidence I needed. Removing that air pump out of the way is the ticket.
Thank you brotha, it’s quite straight forward as you’ve seen. Another thing I recommend is have a coolant return line handy, they are very brittle and may snap if you’re wrangling out the oil cooler
Super my guy, very clear. My w211 E500 is just starting to leak on the small gaskets. Thanks to you, now I see it's a job fit for all 3 seals while you in there, not just the 2 small ones I was thinking of
Glad I could help! Not many guides on the internet with these cars unfortunately. Just a heads up the coolant return line is very brittle, may need to order a spare or remove it prior to replacing the gaskets
Please my 2003 c320 has this m112.946 engine but its a v6. Can the gaskets work on my engine too? I have being wondering where the leaks are coming from and it also stains on the serpentine belt.

@@WeekndGarage duly noted, thanks very much for that. Worse case scenario the dealer is less than 10 minutes from my house.

@@WeekndGarage Thank you for the heads up ❤
Wow - looks much simpler than doing this on a BMW. MANY THANKS
Yes it’s quite straight forward, glad it helped 😁
That was good did not know about 46 mill 3/4 plug,I will do mine when the gaskets arrive...
That 46mill is a big boy

No problem, Had to buy it online it’s huge!
Can be found on Amazon. You want THIN WALL 12 point if possible for a better fit.
I am shocked that those gaskets were leaking and needed to be replaced.

That would be a different part number, but the tutorial you can use for reference as well
