I can get same power with a REAL chipped ecu if you use CROME. Not a cheap install and done chip not tuned for you set up. Those mostly just add fuel and timing. Also 120 hp less than stock. Tuning software dont really matter its what the tuner is comfortable and familiar with some just have diff. Options.
Just did a jdm GSR swap in my ek hatch and I’m definitely going to try setting the tps at 1%. Have noticed exactly what you’re talking about with the slight jerk/ hesitation after letting off. Thanks
Is there a tuning video explaining driva-bility tuning? When doing WOT tuning on videos its only two or three columns of the map all the way to the right and then it just goes down. A video on tuning in the areas of the shifts in normal driving conditions and how to get the best burn in low RPM's and what AFR you might target for those areas of the map?
@@humbleperformance so an ECU thats just socketed for an s300 board is a tuned ECU ? Both need to be "tuned" to extract the most power from whatever car they are installed on just like you guys did for the hondata
@@humbleperformance OK. I thought that was what it was. Thanks for clarifying that. I dont know if this represents well the difference between a stock chipped ecu vs hondata... the b18c5 type r on std ecu with a few tweaks will make 170whp....14sec car

All hondata boards are just memory chip emulators. There's no difference between this and an eprom. Load up ECT chrom or Neptune and tune both.
