    POTATO GNOCCHI RECIPE
    Roasted Potatoes (Skin Removed) - 250 gm / 9 oz
    All-Purpose Flour - 1 oz
    GLAZED POTATO GNOCCHI, THYME & GARLIC
    Potato Gnocchi (Blanched) - 150 gm / 5 oz
    Garlic (Thinly Sliced) - 1 clove
    Fresh Thyme - 1 sprig
    Vegetable Stock / Chicken Stock / Water - 90 ml / 3 oz
    Salt & Pepper - As Needed
