This was FINALLY in another Zelda game!!!! It's the Streetpass Battle Theme in "A Link Between Worlds"!!!!! It was awesome to hear a track from my favourite, and totally underrated, Zelda Soundtrack(but not game) finally return to the series!!!!
Well, that's just about the only thing it had better than the first did. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind 2, but it blew ass when you compare it to the first one. Not a bad game overall, but it had some huge shoes to fill... and it didn't.

Just saying, but some people should learn the difference between a "cover" and a "remix". A remix is literally taking the original song and using it in bits and pieces to make a new song. A cover is playing the song, or a version of the song, with new instruments. This qualifies as a cover, not a remix. NONETHELESS, it is an AWESOME cover! :D
You're right about the remix part. But I'm pretty sure this qualifies as an arrangement. As what you're talking about is probably better described as a 'remaster', 'upgrade', or 'redux.' The score in the video is obviously not the same as the original, and there isn't anyone playing over it. (Which is why they call it a cover.) So to put it simply; the whole structure of the original score has been "rearranged." to fit make it into a different genre. Thus, it's an arrangement. A very good one at that.
I think that "remix" has become the internet, or at least RUclips's, keyword for a variation on a song. I suppose if we're being literal than terms like "(re)arrangement", "orchestral version", "cover", etc. may fit better, but I think if people were looking for music like this, then "remix" tends to be a term a lot of people know and use, even if its use may not be completely correct. In fact I found this video using the search term "zelda 2 remix", and it was even the top result.
I usually don't write posts just for the sake of song suggestions, but since you did this, I would absolutely love to hear your take on the labyrinth theme from the original Legend of Zelda. I feel you could give it an epic spin unlike anyone else!
