Parvati was justifiably furious at Russell over this move. The other jurors didn't seem to like Danielle that much and the best move for Parvati was to keep her in the game. Once Danielle left, Parvati knew she had no chance at the final tribal with either Sandra and Jerri sitting next to her (Russell had none period)
This episode is perfect for the people who still think Russell deserved to win. He threatened every single one of his allies and straight up attacked Danielle before she went to the jury. This is not how to win Survivor.
I remember listening to a podcast that had interviews with past Survivor contestants. All the winners interviewed said if they treated people the way Russel did, they would have lost.
I agree. Russel is great for entertainment and it’s very impressive how he can force his way to FTC against the numbers. But he’s too unnecessarily ugly to actually win the game. I think Robs the cut off, good in all areas a team guy. Makes strategic moves using fear and getting those who comply, but butters people up manipulation, not bullying like Russel
Russell wouldn’t have made it to the end. They likely would’ve voted off Rupert and then Colby. The final 5 would’ve been Russell, Jerri, Parvati, Danielle, and Sandra. Parvati and Danielle voted the exact same way EVERY VOTE. Those 2 plus Sandra would’ve voted Russell off at 5. He would’ve had no chance to make it to the end
I still do not understand why Russell had to get rid of Danielle in such an ugly, cruel and nasty way... Seriously, what was this guy thinking of? He spent the whole season making his own merits to be hated by all the other players and still expected to receive their votes?
I think he was so exhausted and unhinged after playing back to back. In Samoa he was still a dick but he was actually loyal to his alliance. He made sure Galus who stood in his way went first, then Shambo who helped him, then finally his own Foa Foa members.
moonhead538 True. But nothing else explains it because Russell actually played to win in Samoa and just self destructed in HvV. He became really delusional in HvV and thought he was going to win after the bullshit he did.
Russell played a 10/10 game until after the Rob vote and then a 2/10 game from then on out. I think Matthew's answer has some merit. The guy just went insane and Sandra helped him down that path by turning him on Coach. The guy just had nothing left in the tank for rational decisions. He was running on fumes.
She was just upset that she was on the chopping block. Rupert and Colby were like that the whole time and they weren’t having a sob story. Like the jury was mouthing, boo-hoo! She was coasting the whole time
@@mandalove3408 Looking through that lens it kind of makes sense, but regardless, Colby, Rupert, Sandra, Jerri and Parvati were all beating Russell at this point. Danielle was the only remaining Villain he could beat in the finals, so sending her home in such a demoralising way effectively eliminates the only remaining player Russell could beat AND makes the jury hate him even more than most of them already do.
This is a good move for Jerri. If she leaves Danielle in the game, then she and Parvati are going to try to go to the end with Russell. Getting rid of Danielle opens up a potential final three spot. It almost worked, but she got outplayed by Sandra at final four.
@@aScentlessApprentice Parv wanted Sandra to go and tried to convince Jerri to vote with her, but since Jerri wanted her gone, Parv had no choice but to vote with Sandra an Russell (who both wanted Jerri gone as she was the biggest jury threat left). Sandra was the one who convinced Russell to vote Jerri out.
@@aScentlessApprentice What Knights Oficarus said. Sandra was the one who convinced Russell to vote out Jerri and keep Parvati. Sandra may have been able to beat Jerri also, but maybe not. By getting rid of Jerri, Sandra had it locked up.
@@aScentlessApprentice Watch the season again lol. Parv wanted Sandra out but was unable to convince Jerri to vote Sandra out. She's no choice but to go with Russell and Sandra to vote Jerri out.
He should have won! Plain and simple. Survivor is flawed. It is a great game but has some serious problems. They have fixed a few of those flaws in the last 10 seasons.
@@ElectrikkPaperClipxx Mainly the jury culture has improved and apart from Michelle, we have not had any lame winners in 20 seasons. Producers have added the fire making challenge as well as many other twists (some better than others) to help fix the flaw. The ending of HvV was the wake up call the producers needed. The fact is Sandra did not deserve either of her two wins. Even Sandra knows this which is why she is always insecure and keeps saying "Queen stays queen".
Mahmoud Bin Garad More like Russell Hantz was a wake up call to players was a blueprint how NOT to treat your jurors and who NOT to take to the end with you. As long as survivor jury is composed of humans and not robots, managing the jury will always be the key to winning.
@@ElectrikkPaperClipxx Managing jury sure. Sucking up to bitter losers is just not what Russell does. I wonder if the jury will give Tony the victory he deserves tomorrow.
The downfall of Russell and Parvati. Both of them would have won instead of Sandra if they only take Danielle at the end. Russell really messed up his game.... fan from the Philippines
danielle was an amazing competitor both physically and mentally. never complained about anything and always gave her 100% at challenges. was a joy to watch. HvsV will always be the best season and best cast. though i think parvati should have been the winner and not sandra
He suspected that Parvati and Danielle were going to try and take him out, and splitting them up would ensure he kept control of the alliance, both of which are true. However, it would've suited him better to take out Parvati, because you eliminate a bigger strategic threat and make him more a candidate to win at the end, especially if you're sitting there with a pawn like Danielle. But I think Russell had a bit of a boner for Parvati, which ended his game in the end.
Parvati and Danielle never would have taken him out. Who would they have rather taken to the finals, Sandra, LOL! Only Russell himself (and I guess Jerri) were retarded enough to think taking someone with 3 or 4 real life close friends on the jury (Sandra) was a good idea.
Pimpsta Poe On paper, it might look like taking Danielle to F3 would be an easy win for Russell, but it wouldn't. First of all, Danielle would get more votes from the jury than Russell. Parvati and Candice would certainly vote for Danielle over Russell. But, the problem is that its a final 3 format. And I think all of the remaining players at this point would be able to beat Danielle and Russell in the finals. Colby and Rupert would get all the heroes votes, plus Courtney and Coach. Jerri would probably sweep up every single vote except Parvati, Candice and Sandra. Danielle's only chance of winning would be with Candice and Russell. Russell had no chance of winning this season with his abrasive personality.
I love how the 4 people who voted off Danielle all ended up being 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd place, and how the 2 people who didn’t vote her off aka Parvati and Sandra, end up 1st and 2nd place. 😂
It's all about living to play another day. Heroes had no choice and Jerri was happy to break the initial 3 of Russel + Danielle + Parvati. I'd say Russel is the only one to make a mistake.
@@wl4dymir 100% agreed. The jury made a mistake too in my opinion. Parvati played a better game than Sandra so Parvati should of won. Still love Sandra though
Russell didn’t have a choice. If they voted off all the heroes and the final 5 was Russell, Jerri, Parvati, Danielle and Sandra, there’s no chance in HELL Parvati or Danielle would vote each other off. They’d stay together. All they would have to do was get sandra to vote for Russell (automatic yes), and Russell would’ve gone home, followed by Jerri. Russell wouldn’t have made it to the end if Danielle stayed in the game
@@LLoweGovna Sandra is smarter than that. Jerri could easily convince Sandra to vote Parv off since Parv is Sandra's only threat. Then vote Sandra off and you end up in Russel / Jerri / Danielle where you may have more votes. Nobody in their right mind would think of beating Sandra OR Parv facing the jury, let alone both. Then again being such an ass the entire game I don't think there is any F3 he can beat, maybe he could win in a F2 against somebody really dumb but that's it.
The fact Russell didn't even know how close Parvati and Danielle were just shows how great Parv and even Danielle played him. God, I'm still so sad Parvati didn't win, she deserved it so much, even if just for the way she managed a psycho like Russell.
The thing is, he actually did know. That's why he voted her out. It started when he realized that they hid an idol from him. Yes, they had him fooled before that, but Russell never trusted either of them again after JT got voted out.
Watch Russells yt of his best moves. He says around that time he knew they were going to gun for him because Parvati and Danielle would go quiet if Russell walked up and how Danielle looked at him
He realized it when Parvati and Danielle found the idol and didn’t tell him. He knew that Parvati and Danielle would always choose each other over him. If it got down to the final 5 with him, Jerri, parvati, Danielle, and Sandra, parvati and Danielle would EASILY get Sandra to vote russell off. He would’ve had no chance. Getting rid of Danielle helped him get to the end
I’m my opinion, Danielle was a pawn in Russels eyes, but if she pulled off a big strategic move she would have a good shot at winning, considering the immunity wins, relationships, etc
This is where Parvati officially lost the game, as she no longer had any winning final three combinations. People point to this as one of Russell's worst moves, but Russell had already lost well before this. He lost Danielle's vote, if he ever had it, but he was never winning.
i think Parvarti KNEW she could beat Danielle and Russel at the end. but Russel was too shortsighted to realise that Danielle would give him a good fighting chance. he should have taken her and Jerri to the end
Only way Russell has a chance to win this season is to take Candice and Danielle to the F3. Even then, he has to convince the jury why he is a better player than those two, and I am not sure he can do that...
Yes she did, but Russel thought Sandra and Jerri were his best shot at this moment. I think it was good move for Russel to gain more control since he wouldnt win against anyone( even Danielle probably would beat him). For Parvati this sucked but she just didnt have enough control over who is going which cost her the game. She shouldve worked with Sandra and taken Russel down. Then if she somehow makes it to the end she probably wins.
Why did Russell blindside Danielle over Parvati though? I don't remember, but it was pretty evident that Parvati was a greater strategic, social, and physical threat than Danielle, yet he chose to keep the stronger, savvier player around who would certainly beat him at the FTC.
omg i know right!!! russel seemed to be in love and even tho he said that he would get rid of her, he just couldn't because: 1 the crush. 2: She's a very good player
Because Parvati had already won previously, and Danielle didn't. Russell thought he would had a better chance at winning against a former winner (or two, with Sandra). So laughable, he was so humiliated at the finale!
I think Danielle was more liked or something since the heroes werent big fans of Parvati. Cant tell from her bad edit. The thing s that if the jury votes for gameplay he wins against parvati. His only way to win is if the jury values gameplay over everything else. He saw Sandra as even worse goat than Natalie who had won before so he probably didnt think there was any way they would vote Sandra over anyone. So maybe taking someone who has also played the game but not as well and a ultimate goat (in russels eyes) was his strategy. Or he wanted to pay Parvati back for not telling him everything.
@@nadavharari5125 Jerri would have won in my opinion or at least been very close to winning. She was a lot nicer to the heroes than Parvati and especially Russell. Parvati, Danielle and Russell is actually probably the best final 3 for Parvati and I think Parvati though that as well. I don’t see Russell or Danielle winning over most people, maybe Candice?
@@terrylanglois773 Probably. Russell tanked both his and Parvati’s game when he voted out Danielle. Anyone at that point would win against both Russell and Parvati.
@Sally Vee Easier said than done. It only makes sense for the Heroes to target the main alliance (Russell+Parv+Danielle). Why would they get rid of the lesser threat which is Jerri?
@Sally Vee Tbh I don't think Rupert gains anything by taking out Jerri instead of taking a hit at the bigger alliance of Parv+Danielle+Rus. Would you? That sounds like an unwise game move. The only thing Rupert will do is to vote out Rus, but he has immunity.
Sally Vee According to Russell & Jerri in post-game interviews, the villains were all set on voting Rupert: Parvati locked it in. However, Danielle’s breakdown & comment about how « she is closer to Parvati than [Russell] thinks » gave Russell the idea to flip :/
*Danielle’s Final Words:* “Russell is...insane and tonight, I might have put my own foot in my mouth at Tribal Council by basically just calling him out in front of everybody and I think he changed his vote at the last minute, actually. I feel like I played a good game and maybe a little too aggressive this time, but I did the best that I could and that's all you can ask.”
OK, it's 8 YEARS later (December of 2018). Maybe some of the rest of you don't realize that THIS season was ALREADY OVER before the 1st episode of Samoa was even shown on TV. In REAL time, THIS seasons FINAL jury vote (Sandra vs. Parvati vs. Russell) occurred about 18-24 hours BEFORE the 1st episode of the Samoa season was broadcast on CBS here in the states. . I'm sure that if the 19 people that were playing with him had seen even just the 1st episode of the Samoa season before this season started Russell wouldn't have gotten to the final 6. Certainly NONE of the Heroes would have let J.T. give him the immunity idol that J.T. found. Hell, the Villains wouldn't have blamed Randy for hiding the machete because Russell wouldn't have done it at all. This whole season was rigged to some degree because 19 people didn't get to see ONE episode of a previous season before THIS season started.
r5t6y12 that’s bs they had to of known something about him because Parvati explicitly stated at the start of the season that she would rather work with him than against him with the strategic threat he posed and not to mention everyone already had an idea of how he played because they already thought him and rob would fight for dominance AND knew he was good at finding immunity idols, nice try buddy but he just played a very good game all the way around except socially
What a dumb assertion. So were they blind for 39 days when they were with him on the island? In the 39 days they saw how conniving and ruthless he is yet they didn't vote him out. And he wasn't playing against some dumbass newbies, it was against veterans!
First of all, every season is filmed in a way where they wouldn't be able to see at least some of the previous season. Not just this one. Second of all, even if you are right in a way, everyone had numerous opportunities to vote Russell out anyway, just like they had plenty of opportunities to vote anyone else out numerous times. Third of all, Malcolm (Philippines - Caramoan), Michaela, and Zeke (M vs Gen X - Game Changers) all came back before their seasons aired. Does that mean it was rigged for them too? Fourth of all, Russell WOULD HAVE been voted out had Tyson not been an idiot and switched his vote to Parvati.
idk, i’m sure she knew russell was a strong player and would cut people. she was just probably expecting to take danielle with him since they formed an alliance. russell’s mediocre from a social perspective.
@@el.c.8858 He's not mediocre from a social perspective; he's absolutely horrific. If he was even a 5/10 socially, he'd have a win. But he sunk his own game by being a total asshat.
that's when she realized her chances of winning went down. russell, parvati and danielle were in an alliance and if they were in the final three, parvati is at 90% winning the game..
Danielle face when she looked at Russell after getting elim is heartbreaking. Her face really reads as " why did you do this to me I was loyal to you :(. It was really such a stupid move because like Russell was never going to win but if he had a better chance with Danielle that with Parv or Sandra.
If the Danielle vote didn’t happened, I feel like Sandra’s hidden immunity Idol could’ve been played at F5 knocking off Russell with a F4 of Jerri, Parvati, Danielle & her, but that would’ve made her a huge target so Danielle leaving here actually benefitted her tremendously
This was the moment Sandra knew she won. Having Danielle eliminated made it safe for her to definitely get into the top 3. If the heroes somehow managed to win, they would have taken Sandra over the other three. Having Danielle still be there at the final 5 with Jerri, Parvati, Danielle, Russell, and herself would have knocked her out to keep the final 4 their tightknit group. Russell was going to keep Sandra so she wasn't going to be eliminated after eliminating the two heroes which was why it was so obvious for her to get to the final three after making top 4 evidently. Sandra would just votes with the villains and she easily gets rid of the heroes without drawing the scorn of the heroes in the process which was a feather in her cap. Also had Danielle stayed, Jerri would have tried her best to try to make the final three be Parvati, Danielle, and herself and then spin the story of sliding through the radar (the way Sandra did) which would have been a likely possibility had the final four been Russell, Parvati, Danielle, and Jerri without Russell earning immunity. No Danielle meant that the sure alliance of Jerri and Parvati could not throw away Russell after the Danielle blindside because they needed him to eliminate the heroes first, which meant eliminating Danielle secured Top 4 for Russell. They also couldn't blindside Russell any sooner because eliminating Russell at 5 or sooner meant there would be at least one hero in the Top 4 and Colby or Rupert winning immunity would land them in the final 3 which would have doomed any villain's chances of winning. Parvati lost so much control after this moment this. Voting out the remaining two heroes is the general consensus that any and all villains would have to stick with, meaning no one can get credit for this "plan" because it was just the inevitable. This made Parvati became weak because it was Russell who made this happen because it was his opportunity to get rid of Danielle. No longer in the driver's seat, Parvati had to follow along with the villains because blindsiding Russell would have led to a possible hero in the top 3 which none of the villains could afford. Parvati could not act independently and so she withered away and allowed things to happen around her, like how she wasn't able to vote out Sandra. From a viewer perspective, we respected Russell's plays and that's how he was fan favorite. Even if he failed at the true aspect of Survivor, he still manage to come out with a pretty penny compared to a lot of the competitors that season. Sure he never won final tribal council, but he made it to final 3 in back to back seasons. It just goes to show that we all learned to not just string weak players along because they can win at final tribal not because they had the charisma to charm the jury, but because the jury spited you so much to not vote for you. If I were Russell, I would have at least said I revenge blindsided Parvati by eliminating Danielle and took control of the game from that point onward.
Lmao you made sandras game plan for her post season. Same thing with natalie. Look russels a dumbass but don't try and sell this sandra was some big time strategist. She got lucky.
@@moonie1825 You are crazy if you think Sandra had no strategy. She was low-key playing both sides and did it well. She won twice. You gotta give her some credit.
Eh, not really. Parvati and Danielle hid an idol from Russell, so he no longer trusted them. It's a defensible move. Now, the actual way he went about it ensured that he was never going to get Danielle's jury vote, but he was never winning anyway.
I think in retrospect this moreover blew up Parvarti’s game, as she would’ve easily won had it been her, Russell and Danielle (Russell was drawing dead no matter who he was sitting next to, Danielle would’ve been looked at as an also ran/coattailer). Without Danielle, Parvarti was guilty by association by being aligned with Russell the entire game and had it been Colby or Jerri sitting there instead of Sandra, she might’ve received less FTC votes (I could see Coach voting for Colby or Jerri because he respected them, but not Sandra)
@BearBearPawz Pussy, it’s just a game, Russell didn’t do it for personal reasons it was strategic. Russell made the right move. This game is outwit, outplay and outlast.
It seems Russell plays for the final and not for the million but still I don't get the motivation behind this move at all? Danielle didn't need to go at all for his game? I mean he knows for sure she is going to vote for anyone but him for the million now and he knows he will not get any votes from any of the heroes? can anyone explain this move?
@Remco Verstrepen You’re So simpled minded dude. It was to spilt Parvati and Danielle up. If he was in the Final 5 with the Villain girls he was probably screwed. This move gave him a guaranteed spot in the Final 4. It also made things more positive with him, Rupert and Colby because he let them stay for longer.
@@bigladthomas It's hilarious that you think that voting out Danielle earned Russell points with Rupert and Colby. Remind me again who Rupert and Colby voted for?? Yes, that's right. They voted for Sandra. They had ZERO respect for Russell. Rupert was probably one of the most vicious jury members against Russell. Colby called him delusional. So your theory regarding Danielle's ouster is completely flawed and not rooted in reality. Getting rid of Danielle failed to earned him jury votes. And getting rid of Danielle actually cost him a jury vote because Danielle was now a guaranteed vote for Parvati.
Russell's only chance to win survivor (and he honestly still would have lost unless he gave a really good pitch) was to take Danielle and Parvati to the end. Because that was the only final 3 where he showed even a modicum of loyalty to anyone.
Even if Russell voted for Rupert this tribal. There's a big possibility that he'll orchestrate to vote out Danielle at 6 or 5 if Colby lost the immunity.
@@geraldtzy2418 Sandra had an idol, there's no reason for her to turn on Danielle at F6 if she's already safe. Sandra and Parvati being immune means there's no possible way to get Danielle out, much like the F6 situation in Cambodia.
This is the moment where Russell sealed his own fate along with Parvati. There was not a combination of 3 people left that the two of them wouldn’t lose to. If the final was Danielle, Russell, and Parvati, I feel like both of them have a shot depending on how FTC goes. One of the most underrated dumb moves of all time by Russell. This along with his reliance on idols, poor social game, poor FTC performance, and inability to adapt his game once people actually saw his gameplay cement to me why he is one of the most overstated players ever
ok russel went about this in the WORST way possible but i’m glad he did it, i hate when there’s multiple people again 2 and then it’s just and unfair vote, at least it stirred things up a bit and rupert and colby had an actual chance of winning
Oh myyy, Russell's ego's so fragile!! He wanna be a dictator on Survivor, really? Seriously, I'm all for him at first but this makes my blood boil! He's fucking paranoid and obsessed with power
As much as I think Russell is one of the worst bullies on the show and his terrible conduct towards Danielle at this Tribal Council, I love how J.T. and Amanda at 1:56 - 1:57 were enjoying the moment watching Danielle, a true Villain, finally fall.
I wonder if Rupert or Colby could have persuaded Danielle and Parvoti to abandon Russel and vote with them after he basically abused and disrespected them that day. It would have been a huge move.
@@tmm4195According to post game stuff they were planning on voting out Russell after this vote. Granted, there is no guarantee of that so pinch of salt.

@@survivorfandan_sa9 I mean, Russell finishes third either way. This cost Parvati the game, not Russell. He had already lost way before this when the Heroes realized what a jerk he is. @@wl4dymirOh yeah. She saw herself as number 4 the entire time she was with Russell’s group and she saw this as an opportunity to move up on the totem pole, it didn’t work out but the reasoning made sense.
No, Jerri still would’ve eliminated Danielle because she feared she would be the next target to be ousted after Danielle if she didn’t vote out Danielle at this Tribal.
Coach - Anyone but Russell. Probably Rupert Courtney - Anyone but Russell. Totally 50-50 between Rupert and Colby. Genuine question mark here. JT - Rupert Amanda - Rupert Candice - I think she will actually vote for Russell over Rupert and Colby Danielle - Anyone but Russell. I heard that she tried to seduce Colby while they were in same tribe but Colby didn’t bite. So I am going with Rupert. Jerri - Anyone but Rupert. I know Colby and her reconciled by this time, but she actually respects good gameplay. I am leaning towards Russell. Parvati - If she’s on the jury, then she got screwed by Russell so she won’t vote for him. Rupert will probably get her vote. Sandra - Rupert for obvious reasons Rupert - 6 votes, possibly 7 Russell - 2 votes Colby - 0 vote, maybe he can get Courtney’s vote but that’s it for him
@@lurkinginshadows1141Candice probably votes for Colby, her relationship with him wasn’t that bad. I would say you get 5-4 with Courtney as the swing vote because Parvati and Danielle probably vote for Colby.
Pretty sure this is the moment Russel guaranteed that either Jerri or Sandra would win Heroes Vs. Villiains, which is why I'm annoyed that Sandra is officially recognised as 'best survivor player' when Russel really won the game for her. The smartest thing he could do here is vote off Jerri, followed by Rupert. To be honest nobody would've voted Danielle to win over Parvati. The best final 3 Russel could've had for him to win would be Danielle, Parvati and himself. Votes would be between him and Parvati, though Parvati would ultimately win because his jury management was so bad.
@@bigbuffguy9589 Because there is no instance whatsoever that anyone will go with Rupert or Colby to the end, while Jerri is a lowkey contender. Think about it this way. if Jerri is blinsided, that leaves Rupert, Colby, Sandra, Russel, Danielle, Parvati in the game. Even if Sandra hates Russel and the villains, there is absolutely no way she votes against them with Colby and Rubert, that's just idiotic for her, because even if she is somehow successful in a 3vs3 vote-split, there's no way she will win in the end with Colby and Rupert. The vote will end up with Sandra, Russel, Danielle, Parvati voting out Rupert in 6th place. After that, they can comfortably vote out Colby at 5th place. With Sandra, Danielle, Parvati, Russel left, Sandra is the most likeable person left since the other players are hated much more by a majority heroes jury. Sandra will not win a challenge, and the trio of Parvati, Danielle and Russel can vote her out. In the end the F3 is Russel, Parvati and Danielle. The votes will be split between Parvati and Russel although Parvati probably wins pretty comfortably. Still, he had no chance whatsoever by eliminating Danielle. It's not about Jerri being "trustworthy". Whether she is trustworthy or not, the villain alliance has no choice but to vote Rupert and Colby out together if Jerri is blindsided, since none of them stand a chance against the 2 Heroes. Now, if Russel actually wanted to win, he should've kept Candace in the game and brought her to the end with him and Danielle - that is probably the only scenario Russel wins this season, but that's a whole other discussion.

According to Russell & Jerri, Rupert was going in at tribal. However, Danielle’s breakdown caused friction, which made Russell/Jerri flip. In essence, Danielle’s fate was sealed by... herself.
@AllRequired Cirie knows Russell in real life and they get along great. Even if they were on the island together she would still vote for him because she’s actually mature unlike the other players that get so offered over aggressive gameplay.

She was a alternate. Corrine was originally cast but had to back out. Even Yao Man was asked to return as a hero, but he couldn't. I think Yao would of been on the heroes instead of James if he had not decline.
Russel played like a jackass, treated other like they were tools, he played to get to the end, but not to win. Playing to get to the end and playing to win are two different things
Russell should’ve won Samoa imo, but in HvV he was a social disaster, he kept his awfulness hidden a bit in Samoa but in HvV he just didn’t care who he upset
@duncan3932 I'm actually relieved Russell lost both seasons because he played the worst social game every single time he played and is completely immoral.
He was never winning this season from the merge onward. He burned bridges with all the heroes by fighting with them and lying to them. He made himself way to unlikable to the heroes, and then even more so to the villains. No matter what happens, at a final 3 Sandra, Parvati, Jerri, and possibly even danielle beat him.
Lol, the Parvati fans are so annoyed that Russell destroyed her chance to win the game when Parvati has no one to blame but herself. If she doesn't hide the idol from Russell, he doesn't lose trust in her and eventually vote out Danielle. It is what it is.
That's the best way to go deep in the game when Russell is playing. I'd buddy up to Russell on day 1 and stay loyal to him (but don't appear too strategic). You know he never wins, so the people he brings usually does or gets real real close.
MrAitraining yeah but its not respectable. And also it wasnt really her gameplay but just how no matter what she would do what she said. Like when she voted for danielle bc russell said even tho it didnt make sense lol

Ya but it was a terrible move for Russel. Sunk his game and Parvati's by removing a player they could both win against in a FTC. After this Russel can't beat anyone in a FTC
@Tarun Eisen Because he used Parvati as a shield to stop Rupert and Colby from winning immunity. Which worked out perfectly. And also former winner stuff.
Mistie Jin I don't like her for betraying Terry too when he is the one who help her and teach her how to make fire so she can save herself in tribal tie but i do understand why she did it. If she bring Terry to the Final 2 with her then Terry would have win for sure. He would have gotten a landslide vote. Atleast with Aras she actually have a chance. Although ofcourse in the end the Jury ended up giving the win to Aras and she still got 2nd place no matter what.
She was playing the game. She correctly knew that taking terry to the end was a guaranteed loss. Terry himself even told Danielle to not regret the move and think “I should have taken the navy pilot.”
Russell should have eliminated Parvati here and aligned with the guys. Bring Jerri over and get Danielle and Sandra out. If he goes to the end with two heroes he would likely have won.

Yeah Russell is an idiot, and a shitty and worthless player. One of the worst players ever.
I think he was so exhausted and unhinged after playing back to back. In Samoa he was still a dick but he was actually loyal to his alliance. He made sure Galus who stood in his way went first, then Shambo who helped him, then finally his own Foa Foa members.
@@mrjollyguy25 Crappy excuse.
moonhead538 True.
I felt so bad for her in this moment. Russell totally broke her down, and was way nastier than necessary.

It wasn't really a dumb move for Russell. He couldn't trust Danielle, so he voted her out. He was never winning anyway at this point.

This is a good move for Jerri. If she leaves Danielle in the game, then she and Parvati are going to try to go to the end with Russell. Getting rid of Danielle opens up a potential final three spot. It almost worked, but she got outplayed by Sandra at final four.

I still have no idea what Russell was on, that he thought this was a smart move for his game.

Sally Vee but Russell won immunity so she couldn’t

In Samoa, Russell played like an anti-hero. Here, he's the villain. Not a villain, THE VILLAIN!
Hell, the Heroes wouldn't have had the chance to learn anything else about him, that's how fast he would have been out.
r5t6y12 that’s bs they had to of known something about him because Parvati explicitly stated at the start of the season that she would rather work with him than against him with the strategic threat he posed and not to mention everyone already had an idea of how he played because they already thought him and rob would fight for dominance AND knew he was good at finding immunity idols, nice try buddy but he just played a very good game all the way around except socially
What a dumb assertion. So were they blind for 39 days when they were with him on the island? In the 39 days they saw how conniving and ruthless he is yet they didn't vote him out.

Zay Zay that would be Nate in S13
If the Danielle vote didn’t happened, I feel like Sandra’s hidden immunity Idol could’ve been played at F5 knocking off Russell with a F4 of Jerri, Parvati, Danielle & her, but that would’ve made her a huge target so Danielle leaving here actually benefitted her tremendously
100% sure that Parvati going out on that scenario.
Sandra's idol expired at final 6.
4 Votes Danielle (Rupert,Colby,Russell and Jerri)
3 Votes Rupert (Parvati,Danielle and Sandra)

@@geraldtzy2418 Sandra had an idol, there's no reason for her to turn on Danielle at F6 if she's already safe. Sandra and Parvati being immune means there's no possible way to get Danielle out, much like the F6 situation in Cambodia.
The xact moment where chances of Russell winning this game went from about 20% to 0%
A live tribal before a live tribal was a thing
Danielle was a beast in Heroes vs. Villains.
The downfall of Russell 😂
ok russel went about this in the WORST way possible but i’m glad he did it, i hate when there’s multiple people again 2 and then it’s just and unfair vote, at least it stirred things up a bit and rupert and colby had an actual chance of winning
4 Votes Danielle
(Colby,Rupert,Jerri,Russell)
3 Votes Rupert
(Danielle,Sandra,Parvati)
I can't believe Russell flipped his vote to Danielle.
He was paranoid & threatened by Danielle's relationship in the game with Parvati. One of the ways Russell lost.
actually i think it's jerri who flipped
@@krisvalderrama9043 very true I agree with you 100%
I can’t believe sandra would vote for Danielle to stay in the game.
@@thebeardedwondercorbin8058 i said vote FOR Danielle to stay in the game aka didn’t vote her
Oh myyy, Russell's ego's so fragile!!
Fun fact Danielle would've been replaced by shii ann or Corrine, but shii Ann was having a baby and Corrine declined to vote issues
Due to work isses*
I wonder if Rupert or Colby could have persuaded Danielle and Parvoti to abandon Russel and vote with them after he basically abused and disrespected them that day. It would have been a huge move.
Probably not because taking Russell out wouldn’t help their game at all. They didn’t like him, but they needed him.
@@tmm4195According to post game stuff they were planning on voting out Russell after this vote. Granted, there is no guarantee of that so pinch of salt.
Pavarti is so pissed off here-as she should be. I million gone like that Pfft. A final three with Russell Danielle and herself would have guaranteed her the million.
Big mistake keeping Sandra in the final 3.
@@geraldwampis1581 she tried to warn him to take jerri to the end but nooooooooo, he was SO confident that sandra can't beat him and hence the result.
@@survivorfandan_sa9 They would have lost to Jerri also.
@@bigbuffguy9589 yeah I mean Russell made a dumbassbmove at 7 and it had a huge effect on other 2 villains sitting next to him.
@@survivorfandan_sa9 I mean, Russell finishes third either way. This cost Parvati the game, not Russell. He had already lost way before this when the Heroes realized what a jerk he is. So it's on Parvati for hiding her idol from Russell. This caused him to lose trust in both Parvati and Danielle for the rest of the game and led him to voting out Danielle.
Aaaand this is where Parvati and Russell lose the million. So much for "having the devil on your side".
If only Danielle didn't said the bell word "I'm tighter with Parvati than you think", that's the reason Jerri switched her vote
Is this confirmed why jerri switch her vote ?
@@kenneyp.9456 I'm sure she was happy to break the initial 3.
This was a HORRIBLE move that is often overlooked. He literally voted out the only person he could potentially beat in the end.
Say for instance the final 3 was Colby, Rupert, & Russell who would have won
Coach - Anyone but Russell. Probably Rupert
Courtney - Anyone but Russell. Totally 50-50 between Rupert and Colby. Genuine question mark here.
JT - Rupert
Amanda - Rupert
Candice - I think she will actually vote for Russell over Rupert and Colby
Danielle - Anyone but Russell.
Sandra - Rupert for obvious reasons
Rupert - 6 votes, possibly 7
Russell - 2 votes
Colby - 0 vote, maybe he can get Courtney’s vote but that’s it for him
@@lurkinginshadows1141Candice probably votes for Colby, her relationship with him wasn’t that bad. Jerri definitely votes Colby, Russell trashed everyone on the jury in his speech and she did not like that one bit. Danielle had a crush on Colby and I get the impression Rupert rubbed people the wrong way. I would say you get 5-4 with Courtney as the swing vote because Parvati and Danielle probably vote for Colby.
Either Rupert or Colby
I don't think she would get the heroes jury votes I think there is a chance Danielle wins in that specific scenario.
Why the hell would Russell vote out Jerri at this point? She was way more trustworthy than Parvati or Danielle.
This comment section Clearly shows you Who would okay this game with emotions and who would sue their heads.
Yes Russel was mean And went overBoard with how he treated Danielle. Butttt
It was an Amazing move. Tony Actually Goes on to pull off the same Move to Sophie in WaW. You little kids & Old People Need to watch this show snd not be biased.
The more emotional consideration you accord the jury, the less emotional they are in their voting.
According to Russell & Jerri, Rupert was going in at tribal. However, Danielle’s breakdown caused friction, which made Russell/Jerri flip. In essence, Danielle’s fate was sealed by... herself.
Na, it was probably just production making the episode more dramatic at the end. They probably were voting her out no matter what she said
I hated Russel so much at this moment
Hey, Cirie, you want to know what Russell is all about? Your former tribemate would be more than happy to answer all your questions!
Cirie is a grown woman who the FUCK are you to tell someone who they shouldn't like as a player
@@briabonner3806 If she were directly affected by his dirty conduct, as Danielle was, Cirie would definitely not a Russell fan.

I loved this Tribal Council....just Simply cause I wasn't a Fan of Danielle and even though she made it to the Final 2 on Exile Island I never understood why she was brought back to play the game this season....she was never fun to watch..... and in my own silly survivor fandom I felt this was great payback for her Voting for Terry on Exile Island..
now on the flip side Russell did a bad job throwing salt in the wound...making Danielle just hate his guts and ensuring she would not vote for him in the End..........

gilbertblaze i agree. I didn't like Danielle. She was just annoying. Twila should have easily came over her.

''DANELLIE'' HAHAHAHAH
Russell should’ve won Samoa imo, but in HvV he was a social disaster, he kept his awfulness hidden a bit in Samoa but in HvV he just didn’t care who he upset
@duncan3932 I'm actually relieved Russell lost both seasons because he played the worst social game every single time he played and is completely immoral.
That ia why russell didn't won
He was never winning this season from the merge onward. He burned bridges with all the heroes by fighting with them and lying to them. He made himself way to unlikable to the heroes, and then even more so to the villains. No matter what happens, at a final 3 Sandra, Parvati, Jerri, and possibly even danielle beat him.
And that’s how Russell lost her vote. Very very stupid move. Smh.
Parvati should've won this season. The way Danielle and Russell are fighting over her in this tribal. Hilarious!
Stupid move by Russel.
Lol, the Parvati fans are so annoyed that Russell destroyed her chance to win the game when Parvati has no one to blame but herself. If she doesn't hide the idol from Russell, he doesn't lose trust in her and eventually vote out Danielle. It is what it is.
Even at 39 Danielle is one of the hottest women on this show!! 😍😘
She wasn't yet 30 when this was filmed.

Jerri was so pathetic in this season lmao.. just doing everything russell said
That's the best way to go deep in the game when Russell is playing.
Voting with Russell here was good move for Jerri, she was clearly number 4 in the alliance of Russell, Parv and Danielle and herself, this was a way to move up in the alliance because Parv and Danielle were never going to turn on each other.
@@NoHomers23 nah bc then jerri could have sat at the end with danielle and russell. Or she couldve sat with Parv and Russell and STILL won... only if Parv won final immunity would she set herself up for failure.
Jerri actually had the right idea. Natalie White did basically the same thing and won. Sandra just played a bit better than Jerri.
People saying this is why Russell will never win are ridiculous, Tony blindsided everyone on the Cagayan Jury and won 8-1 votes over Woo 🤣 🤣
So Parvati driving the knife into Ozzy’s, James’, Alexis’, Amanda’s, Cirie’s, Natalie’s, Jason’s, Candice’s backs is ok but Russell can’t betray Danielle? All of you are whiny little wimps for complaining about this while praising Parv as the queen.
it's not the fact that he backstabbed her. it's the way he treated her that people don't like. did you watch the episode?
Parvati didn't insult them as they got voted out, and voted them out giving her a path to beat people she knew she could beat. Russel just voted out people for the sake of it.
@@kaiklax4025 Eh, she kind of did. Parvati's jury management is pretty bad, just not as bad as Russell. And he wasn't voting out people "for the sake of it," especially in this case. He had good reason not to trust Danielle anymore.

Russell was thirsty
@Tarun Eisen Because he used Parvati as a shield to stop Rupert and Colby from winning immunity. Which worked out perfectly. And also former winner stuff.
