This was one of Probsts' pettiest and most immature moments in his career. I agreed with him when he dug into her after making the Terry comments and could see he was trying to be funny and sassy, but in Heroes vs Villains during the tribal after Rob got voted out he was so unbelievably salty and kept whining about how Rob got voted out, and throughout the season he kept attacking Danielle over and over again to the point where he was dismissing everything she was saying, kept arguing with her even when she's breaking down and literally said "Danielle has no shot of winning" right in front of her face.
According to Jerri on RHAP, he was pretty rough on Amanda as wel.

Danielle’s friendship with Parvarti was entertaining to watch, and the Amanda v Danielle fight over the idol clue while watching LOTF was also super funny! I believe she did deserve to be on this season.

Danielle getting ripped into during her final tribal council before having a breakdown and getting voted out always makes me sad. Jeff just didn’t appreciate how blunt she was when calling out his favs.

And then she was crying like boo hoo, it’s a game and you weren’t very good at it, move on. The only problem was that Sandra didn’t go home. Both were coat tailers, pavarti was the one with the target on her back and actually making decisions

This was actually hard to watch at times. Danielle deserved better from Jeff. She was a great player overall.
I wouldn't call her a great player, but she was above average and underrated. I don't think Aras was that much better than her. She was good physically. Strategically she seemed to find the right alliance to take her far, but I don't recall her coming up with any of the plans. I think her biggest fault is in her social game. People don't really seem to respect her. People viewed her as lazy around camp in Panama. In HvV she was seen as Parvati's sidekick. She also seems to let her emotions get the best of her at times. I would love to see what an older and more mature Danielle could do tho.
@@ajl9772 The Bob Dawg vote out in Panama was her move, and it worked well for her, because it kept Bruce in the game, and he was completely in her pocket (he's said he would vote for her over anyone at FTC)
@@lalala8779 Technically Shane came up with the move and put it in her head. She and the others rejected it only to realize later that day that he was correct. Maybe the others came to the realization as well, but I'll give her credit for being vocal enough for the others to be comfortable enough to go against Aras.

Except Sandra wasn't making shit up like she said she was. Danielle just thought Sandra was making shit up because certain people were telling her that. and since Jeff watches the cameras and sees everything that goes on, he was trying to understand why she would believe Russell over Sandra, which is probably the stupidest thing you can do.

All because of Tyson SMH. As a fan of Russel’s Samoa game it was unfortunate to see him control HvV when he clearly was on edge. Rob was doing everything right strategically and his own dumb member made a mistake

Never understood this. Aras is apparently “the ultimate competitor” and she’s undeserving yet she won the last challenge.
Those were Terry's words. Terry didn't like that Danielle kept lying to him over the course of the game. She would say she was going to vote out Aras and then backed out of that. She also said she would take him to the end if he saved her which she went back on. Aras also was easily Terry's biggest competition throughout the season. Danielle wasn't very close to beating him in most challenges. The final challenge happened to be her strength.

Jeff is such a little punk for this. How tough he must feel using his power/influence to ruin Danielle's game. Jeff instigated that discussion at tribal when Russell targeted Danielle. He was bitter his man crushes had been voted out & relentlessly went after Danielle at tribal until an altercation happened, which was then used to vote her out. She truly deserves another shot.

I've noticed a similar pattern myself where Jeff seems to play favourites with the contestants. If you look closely, you'll notice him saying things along the lines of "does it concern you [person I don't like] that people might think [reason to vote you out]?".

Jeff's an ass, but if you watch the full episode Russell had already been thinking about voting her out before tribal. He had also approached Jerri about this and tried to intimidate her into voting for Danielle before tribal. So Jeff wasn't the sole cause of Danielle going home it was something that was already in the works.

Why does Jeff only tear into women. I’ve never seen him act this way towards any of the male contestants who didn’t deserve it. He’s been so rough on so many female contestants for literally no reason.
He doesn’t do it in the more modern seasons, it’s only the older seasons. I’d say starting from South Pacific he’s been pretty fair.

Because those male contestants brought more to the game than just a pair of boobs. If you watch the old seasons you can really tell what Jeff was thinking and he indicated who he liked and favored a lot in tribal councils.

@@thrashattack2185 I’m gonna assume you’re only referring to Danielle, because plenty of the other women he’s mistreated brought much more to the table than just their breasts. He was AWFUL to Courtney during her time on the show and she was one of the most entertaining characters survivor has ever seen. Furthermore, I’m not sure if you’re objectifying Danielle or if you’re saying Jeff/CBS casted her because of her boobs, but she’s much more than that as well. She might not have been an incredible gamer, but she was definitely a fun player to watch on HvV. Her and Parv’s duo is one of the most memorable alliances from the season.

I think Jeff was so pleased to see Danielle eliminated in Season 20 as she was a true villain who refused to turn her back on Russell and gave unsatisfactory answers to his questions at Tribal Council.

Well actually Russell has said that he got rid of Danielle because she was gonna get rid of Parvati that's why she got upset at tribal council because she did say that. But we didn't see any of that. Russell even told Parvati that Danielle was coming after her and she says that she was gonna go talk to her and Russell stopped her cause he said "I'm just telling you what she said, you're gonna blow this up." If Danielle didn't go home when she did Russell knew he was screwed and that's also part of why she went home

In HvV she did play a similar game but she might have had a chance against possibly Candice and Russel because the hereos didn't respect Candice with the only hero votes she probably wouldn't get being Amanda. Sandra would never vote Russell and I doubt she would vote Candice. Rupert, Colby and possibly JT are probably Danielle votes. Parvati is probably a Danielle vote and Coach is probably a Danielle vote.
