This is one of my most painful voteoffs in Survivor history. She was literally inches away from winning it all and receiving the ultimate redemption arc. I saw an interview where Parv described how she tried to get Jerri to help her get rid of Sandra, but since Jerri was set on targeting her, she had no choice but to go along with Sandra and Russell's plan. To think what could've been....
I doubt it. Only if Sandra was voted out here she could've won. But hey, at least she had a chance at Day 38. Russell and Parvati had no chance at winning this season against a jury of heroes.
Jerri should have targetted Sandra over Parvati. As much as I think Parvati played the best game and should have won, with this jury and who was on it Sandra was always the one Jerri couldnt beat anyway, not Parvati. Jerri should have targetted Sandra and not Parvati, and atleast that would have ensured a tie and fire challenge for either Parvati or Jerri even if Russell and Sandra voted together against one of them.
I LOVE her. I wish she had made it to day 39. I heard one of her interviews (I don't remember if it was for AfterBuzz or Survivor Oz) and she mentioned what her pitch to the jury would have been and I really think she would have had a really good shot at winning.
@@avacartagena I think a lot of fans agree she has one of the greatest multi-season arc in Survivor history. She went from one of the most hated players ever to one of the most liked and respected. She already said she thought Parvati would win. I mean, who would have thought the person who was dragged until the end and did nothing, would win a season with an epic cast and incredible moves by the others finalists.
Sandra said in an interview that she convinced Russell to vote Jerri out here and not Parvati. Sandra told and convinced Russell that Jerri had Colby, Rupert, and Coach all locked down in the final vote. And since Sandra had Courtney that was 4/9 votes he wouldn't get. Then if he put danielle and Parvati on the jury together they were both going to vote against him for the same person. So Sandra had him convinced he already lost 6/9 jury votes going up against her and Jerri. But against Parvati he gets coach because he didn't write his name down, JT because JT congratulated him and shook his hand on his way out, Amanda and Candice were jealous of Parvati and would vote against her, and Russell would also get Jerri. The only votes against him were Danielle and Courtney. Based on this he made the right move. But we all know he never stood a chance anyway.
The fact Russell could be swayed to think Rupert was a solid Jerri vote just shows how dumb and easy to manipulate the so called great strategic Russell is.
Sandra wanted to sit next to Parvati in the finals because she was another past winner, and the fact they were both winners would be irrelevant when it came time to vote. Sandra knew she had Courtney and Rupert, and against Parvati she had Amanda and Candice because neither wanted to see Parvati won again. So Sandra only needed one more from Colby, JT, and Jerri.

He's a little reactionary and hot-headed, but for the most part, Russell makes decisions that make sense. Except tonight.”
Jerri's place in Survivor history is secure. She was the archetype for the darkness versus Colby being the archetype for the light. As the only Villain to believe she was on the correct tribe, she has figured out her position in the pantheon, accepted it gracefully, and thus avoided the fate that befell Russell.
Would it be a more fitting end to Jerri's Survivor career and character arc if she made to this season's Final Tribal Council and finish in 2nd place, Especially if Colby votes for her. I personally think Jerri loses the jury vote to Sandra. Jerri may win against Parvati but the former did not want the latter at the FTC due to perceived threat status.
Sylvian Robert Wasn’t Danielle Parvati’s closest friend and ally during HvV? Danielle knew about both of Parvati’s idols before she played them while Russell was deliberately left out of the loop. Didn’t Russell campaigned for Danielle’s elimination was fueled by the fact that Danielle and Parvati were closer to each other than they were with him? It makes sense why Parvati wouldn’t vote for Russell in a jury vote. Russell got Danielle, Parvati’s best friend in the game eliminated for a petty reason, was a jerk to her at her last tribal council to the point of making Danielle cry and screwing up the final three where Parvati had the best chance at winning.
TheyCallMeMightyEv not really, Sandra just tried to help the heroes where as Parvati eliminated them. A bitter jury is the players own fault and can be prevented. But I think Parvati suffered from her deal with Russell and the bitterness he created towards the Heroes rubbed off on her because she got almost all of her fellow villains votes save for Courtney.
Besides aligning with Russell, it didn't help that Parvati was lazy around camp and barely said two words to any of the Heroes that weren't condescending or rude. Her "social game" really didn't extend beyond Russell, Danielle and Jerri (and by some extent Sandra) after the merge. Sandra, on the other hand, built relationships with everyone, including the Heroes. She planned ahead what moves to go along with that would A. Get her to the end and B. she wouldn't take the heat for. So Sandra definitely deserved to win.
[3 Votes Jerri] (Russell,Parvati,Sandra) [1 Vote Parvati] (Jerri) You fought hard Jerri, if only you could get the Immunity Necklace before Russell did.
Russel made incredible moves (convincing Tyson to vote against Parvati and giving Parvati his idol) but also some stupid moves (voting off Danielle and voting off Jerri simply because she would have vote for him to win, which very ironically she did not).
And Parvati gave him a taste of his medicine by blunting telling him that she would have voted for Sandra over him if Parvati herself ended up in the jury instead. Ugh, what a legend. Of course, don't forget about Sandra straight-up telling Russell that she's against him! AND SHE BURNED HIS HAT!
I hated her in Australia , In all star she was okay i felt bad when her tribe decided kept Amber over her and later they regreted the decision, and in this season really did a great job , she was more nice and i liked her and she really went very far on this season! Congrats Jerri!
A Russell / Jerri / Sandra final would be fun to discuss. I think the heroes on the jury would have had a more difficult time choosing between Sandra and Jerri. A Jerri / Parvati / Russell final I think has Jerri barely claiming the win. It comes down to how she would have articulated her game IMO. Regardless, Jerri’s Survivor journey is ANIME level redemption. She was voted off because the remaining players were scared she would WIN
Okay, let's discuss 😁 Scenario 1: Parvati, Sandra, Russell. We saw the outcome. Personally, I liked Parvati's game more as I believe she was more in control. Overall well rounded player. Parvati and Russell played more like villains which made the bitter jury hate them. Now I can understand the hate for Russell as he was rude but for Parv... Hmph. Anyway, they connected more with Sandra and wanted a "Hero" to win. So they chose her. Sandra: (6) Rupert, Colby, Amanda, JT, Candace, Courtney Parvati: (3) Coach, Danielle, Jerri Russell: (0) Scenario 2: Jerri, Parvati, Russell. Very similar to scenario 1, as Jerri even had more Hero qualities this season than most of the heroes and they connected with her more & said after the show they would all vote for her. I do see Sandra voting for Parvati though, which will likely lead to Courtney also voting Parv as they weren't so close to Jerri. Jerri: (5/6) Coach, Colby, JT, Amanda, Candace Russell: (0) Parvati: (3/4) Danielle, Sandra, Courtney. Rupert is very on the fence. I'm unsure whether he would be more influenced by Sandra or his Hero buddies, regardless... Jerri will win by an inch. Scenario 3: Sandra, Jerri, Russell. Now this gets a bit more muddy. Jerri managed to connect more with the Heroes than any of the rest, however the villains each like someone else over her, except Coach. Sandra will lose Hero votes with Jerri in F3, but gain villains. Sandra: (4) Courtney, Parvati, Danielle, Rupert Jerri: (5) Coach, Colby, Amanda, Candace, JT Russell: (0) Jerri wins with an inch. Long story short - > Because of her connection with the Heroes, the villains saw her as a social threat and got rid of her (Jerri). This made the heroes mad and bitter towards Russell & Parvati (lumped in with him) and they sided with Sandra. A few factors to note: Courtney and Rupert will side with Sandra, regardless of who is in F3 against her. Danielle will always side with Parvati. Coach and Colby will always side with Jerri. And no one likes Russell 😂
"She flirts with anything that walks" "Once I'm done with them I'll just throw them in the trash" "As long is it aint me" "I just want to pour chocolate over some hot dude's butt"
About to watch the episode with the Kel and Beef Jerkey incident from Australia, knowing this would be her fate, AND that she was a sacrificial lamb to Boston Rob and the Chappera alliance in All-Stars serves her right for what she did to Kel.
Thank God Parvati and Sandra had decent FTC performances cuz if they didn't then both Jerri and Amanda would've voted for Russell. Then it would be 5-2-2 with Sandra still winning so oh well.
tbh, jerri played a good game. she was able to take out rob n courtney with right along with him, lead the charge of the candice boot n was the deciding vote in the danielle vote. she would have been a good winner.
I know Parvati is pushing for a Sandra vote on this one but she couldn’t as Jerri is dead set to vote her out and if Sandra have known of this plan she would have voted for Parvati too to secure herself in the F3 ... But Parvati was correct that out of the 4 of them Sandra was the biggest threat.
Parvati should have talked to Jerri and convince her to vote Sandra with her. Then one of them goes against Sandra in fire, probably beats her as Sandra is useless in all activity type things. Parvati still probably loses even to Jerri if I had to guess, but atleast she doesn't have to wonder "what if" anymore and got out the biggest threat she wanted out.
Despite the edit and Cirie being voted out so early, Heroes vs Villains was a very solid season and would’ve been even better if Jerri ended up winning. We would’ve been shown Colby and Jerri reuniting, along with him voting for her to win. Amanda also would’ve been the swing vote and decide Parvati’s fate after losing to her in Micronesia. Coach- Jerri Courtney- Parvati JT- Jerri Amanda- Jerri Candice- Jerri Danielle- Parvati Rupert- Parvati Colby- Jerri Sandra- Parvati
oof, loved jerri this season. I still can't help but think the heroes voted based on weird criteria. Sandra not being able convince them to turn on Russell is Sandra's fault. They voted based on a hypothetical situation and not based on any actual merits in the game.
@Milo Pesca If the heroes didn't like her, then she didn't "play amazing." They were over half of the jury. It's the finalist's job to get the jury to vote for them, not the jury's job to vote for the finalist. Sandra swept the heroes, and she already had Courtney in the bag, so she was golden. She succeeded where Parvati and Russell failed.
@@user-ti9jb6ij8f No one wants to ally with her, just Danielle and Russ. People had been avoidant towards her since merge like she's some poisonous snake lol..
Jerri would have served as an excellent winner.
How did Parvati not win???
Bitter jury
Bdg1991 Actually its because Sandra was more socially adequate than Parvati and especially Russell
JudeG91 It wasn't a bitter jury. It was just bad jury management by Russel. Parv just had to go along with it.
[3 Votes Jerri]
(Russell,Parvati,Sandra)
[1 Vote Parvati]
(Jerri)
You fought hard Jerri, if only you could get the Immunity Necklace before Russell did.
Kinda sad seeing Jerri go as she could have won vs Russell and Parvati.
What's the name of the song they played when Jerri got her torch snuffed. It sounds similar to march to tribal but fast paced.
Andrew Colbert blindside redemption
2:58 same 😭😭😭
Could you do best Final 4 blindsides?
A Russell / Jerri / Sandra final would be fun to discuss. I think the heroes on the jury would have had a more difficult time choosing between Sandra and Jerri.
A Jerri / Parvati / Russell final I think has Jerri barely claiming the win.
It comes down to how she would have articulated her game IMO.
Regardless, Jerri’s Survivor journey is ANIME level redemption. She was voted off because the remaining players were scared she would WIN
Okay, let's discuss 😁
Scenario 1: Parvati, Sandra, Russell.
Sandra: (6) Rupert, Colby, Amanda, JT, Candace, Courtney
Parvati: (3) Coach, Danielle, Jerri
Russell: (0)
Scenario 2: Jerri, Parvati, Russell.
Jerri: (5/6) Coach, Colby, JT, Amanda, Candace
Russell: (0)
Parvati: (3/4) Danielle, Sandra, Courtney.
Sandra: (4) Courtney, Parvati, Danielle, Rupert
Jerri: (5) Coach, Colby, Amanda, Candace, JT
Russell: (0)
Jerri wins with an inch.
Long story short - > Because of her connection with the Heroes, the villains saw her as a social threat and got rid of her (Jerri). This made the heroes mad and bitter towards Russell & Parvati (lumped in with him) and they sided with Sandra.
A few factors to note:
Courtney and Rupert will side with Sandra, regardless of who is in F3 against her.
Danielle will always side with Parvati.
Coach and Colby will always side with Jerri.
And no one likes Russell 😂
The villians ended up being a sporting losers while the heroes are the sore losers
"She flirts with anything that walks"
"Once I'm done with them I'll just throw them in the trash"
"As long is it aint me"
"I just want to pour chocolate over some hot dude's butt"
3:10 Does someone know what Sandra said?
0:51 It's obvious Russell is talking about Jerri, as he certainly didn't trust Parvati the entire game (i.e. after she hid her idol from him).
I wish she made it...
Russell, it didn't matter how you voted. At this point, you had zero shot of winning.
This vote basically forced a two time winner.
Oh wait what? Jerri votes Parvati when she saved her ASS?!!
About to watch the episode with the Kel and Beef Jerkey incident from Australia, knowing this would be her fate, AND that she was a sacrificial lamb to Boston Rob and the Chappera alliance in All-Stars serves her right for what she did to Kel.
Ok but Kel did have beef jerky. Literally every member of the Australian Outback confirmed they saw him with it at the airport.
JERRI WAS RIGHT
Unreal season but would have been so much better if Jerri wins
Would Jerri have won in a Jerri/Parvati/Russell F3? I think Jerri would have been a more satisfying winner than Sandra.
Sandra and Parvati are my top 2 favorites of all time, but I really wish Jerri was the winner of this season.
lol his best shot to win is to have only his family vote for the winner.
Or America. He even suggested that as well as winning the Fan Favorite award
Parv wanted to vote Sandra out here. Jerri's biggest mistake was gunning for Parv here instead of Sandra.
One of the biggest mistakes in Russell’s survivor history
The Black Widow vs The Black Mamba
I’m here from scary movie 2
Thank God Parvati and Sandra had decent FTC performances cuz if they didn't then both Jerri and Amanda would've voted for Russell. Then it would be 5-2-2 with Sandra still winning so oh well.
tbh, jerri played a good game. she was able to take out rob n courtney with right along with him, lead the charge of the candice boot n was the deciding vote in the danielle vote. she would have been a good winner.
Scary movie 2 brought me here
How lmao
Second best to never win
If only danielle is there she could won
2:17
Coach- Jerri
Courtney- Parvati
JT- Jerri
Amanda- Jerri
Candice- Jerri
Danielle- Parvati
Rupert- Parvati
Colby- Jerri
Sandra- Parvati
oof, loved jerri this season.
The ultimate sendoff for the poster child for the darkness.
U know what we need? Naked and afraid mixed with survivor!
Dumb move by Parvati
@@user-ti9jb6ij8f No one wants to ally with her, just Danielle and Russ. People had been avoidant towards her since merge like she's some poisonous snake lol.. JT hated her even when he literally haven't interacted with her yet, Amanda and Candice- jealous, Jerri- jealous, she said that she want to smack her face. Parv's got no choice though
She deserved it for not.choosing Rupert and his wife in the loved ones reward challenge
They don't get along the whole time anyway. And her name is Laura.
And for that bull she did with Kel in Australia
