Bircher Müesli was created in Switzerland by a doctor Maximilian Bircher-Benner :) he actually went to my high school in the 1880s :)) he used a whole food approach to help his patients heal, Bircher Müesli being one of the recipes he created for his patients and he proposed a diet high in raw food

I‘m Swiss and honestly lived off of Birchermüesli when I was a kid. We soak the oats in plant milk, coconut yoghurt, shit ton of lemon juice, fresh berries and nuts, maple syrup, almond butter, shredded apple and coconut flakes 🤤❤

I love your eating style and food concoctions. I too don’t follow recipes, and my meals are extremely simple. My breakfast is almost exactly like yours here. (Edit: sans the protein powder and peanut butter 😊) I soak thick rolled oats in soy milk (everything is organic) overnight then add milled flax and pumpkin seeds, walnuts, raisins and blueberries. I have it every single day. (I used to also add soaked sesame seeds but we broke up bc it started to tear up my intestines 😕)

He has a fast metabolism and has a high carb and protein diet. He eats mainly fruit, veg and fibre based produce which helps him stay lean and fit as well as healthy. Also he trains a lot and I think goes to the gym every day and does a lot of active stuff as well so obviously he needs a lot of high carb foods which helps his body recover. And the foods which he eats is filled with a lot of nutrients. Also it depends on the size and fat and fibre content in the jars of peanut butter he has, it varies and he did say that he will have one jar in between two days. Also lots of people can like nuttyfoodiefitness for example she can have s jar of peanut butter in no problem at all. Just because u may not be able to doesn’t mean everyone can’t eat a whole jar of peanut butter everyday.
