What an amazing boat !!!! From the trailer wash down system, to the seating while running, the giant open space provided by the sliding window, the seats so you can watch your gear while trolling, zip wakes, absolutely crazy fuel economy, the forward and aft boarding ladders, and crazy range !!! I'm jealous !!!
I find your videos amazing, thanks so much for sharing your vast experience and knowledge. I have a 32-Foot Off-shore Center console boat, here in the U.S.A., and fish off-shore in the Gulf of Mexico. My boat has 50 rod holders, but watching your video, I do need three more. The under the gunnel bent rod holders are an ingenious idea, and I will get right on that. Keep up the great work .... tight lines!
I was waiting to see a video of this Surtees after seeing it at the last boat show at the Asb showground. Great boat, great trailer. Thanks for the video 👍
Amazing Boat Brother, enjoy it with all your mighty passion and love for fishing!!!!!!!!🎣 I have a Hains Hunter, I can’t wait to sell it and come to NZ and buy a weapon of a boat to!!!! 🙏
Mate! Epic boat! What a weapon. Can’t wait to see the adventures! 🤙 Unsure if it was a mistake that your PLB was stuck around the back of your life jacket like that but if you ever had to go in the water and activate your jacket - that thing would be absolutely pointless back there. Key to keep it at the front so when you are lying on your back in the water the antenna is pointed straight up and you can access it on your chest in the first place 👌
@@BuilttoFishgood shit mate. Have spoken to a bloke that was involved in an overturned yacht emergency a few years back when one person died and he said the placement and angle of the antenna was absolutely crucial for their rescue. Sadly they were separated from the boats EPIRB so the PLB on his jacket was the only thing that saved the three of the them! 👌
Amazing boat! It would be wonderful to have access to this boat in the US. A trailerable boat of this caliber would be a dream as I fish Lake Michigan as well as the gulf in FL.
A lovely small boat! It has everything I needed for casual fishing. One shall enjoy the surroundings with big windows and other functional interiors. Moreover,it is fuel efficiency. May I know where could I buy it?
Great video mate. Can you explain why you didn't go with windscreen wipers? And why you didn't get an opening centre windscreen? I'm currently deciding on options for future 700GF. Cheers
Thanks mate. I was sick of the windscreen wipers breaking down constantly so I went for the rainx option - much more reliable and keeps your glass in better condition. I have never found myself wanting an opening centre windscreen - seems like a weak point for leakage and I don’t want any water getting inside my cabin.i have hatches in the roof for airflow which are great.
@@BuilttoFish cheers mate. Is rainx a spray? I'm ordering a 700GF open cabin, do you think airflow would not be a problem given its an open cabin? Would prefer not to have roof hatches or an opening windscreen and just use the sliding side windows for ventilation, but unsure how effective they are. Cheers
@@tomnz3620 RainX is either a spray or a wipe on application - you have to do it every few trips. Air flow will be completely fine in a 700GF Open Cabin.
I’m trying to get information on the cost of this boat is seems to be hard to get. I don’t know why, but I hope they say the price of it and how likely is it to get to the United States?
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him to fly fish and he will eventually move to New Zealand. Give a Kiwi half a million bucks and he will spend all of it on a frankly ridiculously sick fishing boat beast!! 😍
Epic boat, not so sold on the stern leg tho heard some expensive stories from guys with them and then serviceing especially if your into game fishing. 💰
Fair enough - curious how many of those were brand new motors though. Gamefishing on an 8 meter boat with a suitable outboard is no longer feasible for us, $700 per day just for fuel is simply not sustainable.
@BuilttoFish newer engine on an older rig for most people once you drop that sort of coin on a rig end up keeping it for a long time and just pay the maintenance costs, if your lucky enough to upgrade every now and then then ya get that grace period. Totally agree on the economy of the inboards and at $3ltr for 91 its going to be an expensive summer. Good luck with the new rig look for to seeing ya slay some monsters
You must be joking towing that boat with a gas engine truck. A gas engine truck lacks the horsepower, torque, and engine braking necessary to tow that boat in a masterful manner. Plus, the suspension is lacking.
If only there was some other way of getting the boat off the trailer? You could even combine it with something important like MAKING SURE THE ENGINE WILL START so you’re not clogging the ramp…
You can tell how many hours of fishing has gone into the ideas behind this boat and set up. Not much I would change, super impressed!
Thank you mate - and you are right, many hours spent with a line in the water discussing how we can design a cool boat!

It’s a great boat mate - very happy with it.

Glad you enjoyed it!
What a epic boat mate well done can't wait to see it on the water
You won’t have to wait long mate!
Nice boat mate. Another big benefit with diesel is the safety factor being a lot less flammable then petrol. Another big plus imo
Thanks mate, and yes - that’s a very good point you make.
Unreal! How good is this!
We’re pretty happy how she turned out!
It’s an amazing Boat Bro, well done and enjoy the weapon! 🎣
Love the new boat purposed built to how you fish. Ur living the dream browny!
Thanks mate, all starting to come together!
She is a work of art mate! Love how stiff those riggers are under way too!🤙🏻🎣🔥
Absolutely - those Kilwell riggers are the best in the game!
Wow. What a boat! Cant wait to see some vids of the slaying!
Very soon!

Thanks mate!

Amazing Boat, love your Boat Bro 👌 awesome fishing Boat love it!
Thanks 👍 Glad you like it mate!
I love center consoles but that’s a really good boat to fish in and stay overnight on.
It is perfect for the overnight missions mate!
Greetings from Indonesia, Maluku, Aru Islands, thank you for the information about boats and their accessories
Glad you’re enjoying the channel

Just wondering where you purchased 10ft vhf antennas from
Thanks 👍
Nice boat!
Awsome cant wait for the live
Coming real soon!

That's quite a setup
We love it mate!

Good car good boat welcome to Thailand
Good on you dude life is too short not to enjoy your hard earned cash

Thanks 👍

Reach out to Surtees, they’ll give you all the info you need mate.
Love the boat
Thanks, me too!
Congrats, unreal setup!! Crazy how much more space there is compared to the 750
Yeah you're not wrong mate - that extra beam (200mm) in the 800 adds so much more space.
The big question $$$ what’s the ballpark base model worth
Is the flooding keel available with the inboard?
Sure is mate!
hows that bait station work? you need to sit down awkardly on the engine cover or balance on your knees?
I don’t fish but I think I need to start
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.
Teach him to fly fish and he will eventually move to New Zealand.
Give a Kiwi half a million bucks and he will spend all of it on a frankly ridiculously sick fishing boat beast!! 😍
Hello, how much is this boat inkluded trailer? Thank you
How much did it cost?
Loks like the ball weight is a little heavy for that Ram ? Awesome boat, must have cost a bomb ?
Nice boat. Wish I had half a mil to spend on boat, trailer and ute
Thanks, we love it.
It would be a better look with a four axle setup😊
tossing up Between your in board model an Scott an Migs fishing & adventure 350 V8 yeah love sleek clean look the in board give's ....
Love it to bits but man no back up engine after so many dollars not even a kicker to get you home.
A second motor isn't really an option on a boat like that mate, luckily those Mercs are supre reliable!

smaller boat smaller engine outboard might be easier, on bigger boat engine, stern leg better
Is it looks cool that's most important thing says it all about this video really what about looking cool
Is that English?
How much this will cost me in this configuration?
About $350k
What’s the damage on one of these? $350k?
Yep around that mate.
WHAT ABOUT A SEA KEEPER STABILIZER???.
Space & weight were both big considerations mate. The sea keeper is a great piece of kit though!
why when the flooding keel does just a good a job
No prop trap door shame other than that beautiful boat
Sorry for the swearing guys
Autopilot?
Definitely - should have mentioned that.
You must be joking towing that boat with a gas engine truck. A gas engine truck lacks the horsepower, torque, and engine braking necessary to tow that boat in a masterful manner. Plus, the suspension is lacking.
Everything you are saying is incorrect. It tows that boat incredibly well.
Can you say "Game changer" some more 🙄
Lovely Boat you got
You know the world is going downhill when you need a remote control to launch your boat
If only there was some other way of getting the boat off the trailer? You could even combine it with something important like MAKING SURE THE ENGINE WILL START so you’re not clogging the ramp…
