This was a long, tiring, and expensive trip but I'm super proud of how this video turned out! If you enjoyed it, all I ask is you subscribe or hit the thumbs up for me! :)
You make some of the highest quality overlanding videos available today! Thank you for the work you put in to make it feel like we are out there with you and your friends. I have been a subscriber for quite a while and enjoy all your adventures.
If you haven't already watched Expedition Overland on amazon I highly recommend it. 3 seasons with about 12 episodes each. They do the entire Pan-American Highway.
Its also not constant product placement which is a welcome relief. Ive started falling out of my fandom for a certain Australian 4wd show because it is now 70% product placement and 30% driving.
Kim is a solid dude. Worked with him for a short bit in Prince George. I love seeing him in your videos. I wish him and you the best. My wife and I watch your videos every evening.
This brings back so many memories of our trip a few years back! 6 vehicles = 7 people - 6 guys (one with a broken arm and only three of the guys knew each other, the rest all strangers) and a lone female, and said female would love to do this trip again!
Well done guys. Kim, you give all the old retired people hope for a fruitful life into they’re dotage... I mean, if *you* can do it... Thanks for all the effort Shaun.
The way you vlog, edit and provide the footage that you have I can't understand why anyone would dislike what you create. Your truly talented and the rigs are amazing. The adventures are amazing.
Wow man. You did it AGAIN! Having watched the XO series on this trail about a dozen times I was super pumped to see you doing one. This video was fantastic and I am looking forward to the next part. Thank you for inspiring us all to get out there and explore AND shoot video. The fact that you do this all without a dedicated film crew is awesome and gives me hope I can put something together soon. 👍
Man I have watched countless off-road/outdoors/ videos and I have to say this mini series was nothing short of amazing! You did an awesome job of capturing the beauty and magnitude of our great country👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Thank you for this serious man. Your film really motivates me to actually document our trips. I hope I can bring 1/10th entertainment and experience as this series did. 11/10
It was great to watch you guys cross during the day from the other side. Would have been awesome if you guys had crossed with us the night before. We were definitely the first this year as the cutting on the other side was relentless at night.
Yeah I wanted to cross at night for the fun, but ultimately we decided to wait for daylight for better footage. That whole section before the river and after the river definitely hasn't been driven this year. We found a cabin up by Kluskoil with a logbook, and the guy said on the 17th of Aug he went in from the same point as us and spent 9 hours sawing to get to Kluskoil. Bless that man.
@@TheStoryTillNow it's hard work and journeys like this that keep the trails alive for everyone else. Great footage, and thanks for not including the nudists of the Blackwater.
i own the blue cabin you may have seen..also my late brother Shayne owns that Dead Red Dodge on the trail lol. Good stories from out there lol glad you had a good trip.
@@TheStoryTillNow its off the trail just after the first crossing. We have a wheelchair ramp so would be pretty easy to spot. Glad you guys had a solid trip! Many many memories growing up out there. Could tell you stories all night. My brother had to hike out and he was stalked by wolves after he killed the Dodge. We sunk and wrote off a family friends newer Rubicon in the beaver crossing. It was November so the water was frozen. He went to close to some weeds and broke through, but it broke drivers side first so when it went under it was in the dash etc.. My father's Jeep burnt to the ground when a fuel hose came loose, he brought it up from Kamloops via trailer so it wasn't insured. The fishing at the falls is so damn good! We spread our families ashes up on Poplar Mtn whenever anyone passes away. Etc etc etc... Haha
Your video quality, music choice and transition, scenery video capture, and overall editing is absolutely amazing. Love watching your videos. Best one yet!
Hey great videos!! I'm from Anchorage , Alaska I just found these videos and started watching them awesome stuff love the adventures thanks for sharing.
good video, I hope you guys returned the boat to where you found it. Its common practice to leave boats and canoes at remote locations so people can use them and return them to where they are stored
Always nice to seat and watch your video's , to bad we don't have trail that long here in Switzerland . Nice to see a Bronco in this adventure ,I'm a Rangerkeeper and off road enthusiast Cheers
Frikin' awesome. I love the show, and the diversity in 4x4's. British Columbia terrain looks similar to Pennsylvania ( which is where I'm from ). Can't wait for part two😁
Hey, nice video. My wife and I hiked the original Mackenzie trail in 1995. China falls to hwy 20. 300km 21 days 2 food drops no-one else out there. Sure looks different, we did it long before pine beetles dropped all those trees. looking forward to part 2
Definitely gets a thumbs up. Can't wait for part 2!. Great job as always, and was great to see all of the different rigs. Looks like it was a ton of fun.
Nice footage. Haven't seen any footage of that trail since 2015 ish. Expedition overland did that trail. You guys seemed to capture more of it. Awesome job. May have to start adding parts to the truck so i can do it someday.
You guys are awesome i wish i had some friends like you guys to go with on those awesome trails i got a 2018 nissan frontier pro4x with a 3 inch lift it does awesome offroad
Excellent work once again. Great to see the cross brand selection of rigs all kicking ass (partial to the gorgeous 80 series myself, but owning one might make me biased).
i absolutely love these videos! i cannot wait to go on more adventures myself...i am falling in love with Montana and all of its sights! would be awesome to do a fan trail run when things open back up...
Brand new subscriber, and I'm already on the edge of my seat waiting for the next episode. Off road goals for a relative newbie (waaay down the road). Incredible video. Well done!
What kind of roof rack is on the Bronco? I've been looking for a no-drill solution like that for my '85 Eddie Bauer. Thanks for another great adventure!
Awesome guys. Ya, we did it last year. Did the Pan Meadow Crossing. We missed the turn off the trail and ended up at Euchinico Lake Lodge. Had to backtrack. It didn’t look like anyone was through for a couple years. What month did you run it?
Stickers, keychains and a limited amount of t-shirts are now available at www.dirtyanddangerous.com 🤠
Great Channel love watching it! 👍
Should make a shirt with a lifted gladiator on it!
I think I'l buy some of your cheap, self-promoting trinkets. NOT!
@@mikehofer432 no worries just leave a rude comment instead, it’ll make you feel good about yourself. 👍🏻

Jeep should arrive with a suitcase full of cash any day now.
Now that Hollywood sucks, people like yourself making awesome videos are going to be stars.
Agreed! 😂
If you haven't already watched Expedition Overland on amazon I highly recommend it. 3 seasons with about 12 episodes each. They do the entire Pan-American Highway.
I agree as well
Agree as well, great editing and love the music
Camera work and voice over is fantastic.
Without a doubt, THE best series on yt. Perfect scenery, perfect amount of dialogue, and perfect soundtrack.
He should be at 100k subs by now!
Yep!! Ever since Expedition Overland got all cooperate.
Its also not constant product placement which is a welcome relief. Ive started falling out of my fandom for a certain Australian 4wd show because it is now 70% product placement and 30% driving.
Nice to see a ford bronco in the mix.
Agreed! I miss my 95 so bad, sold it to my no brother good in law who totalled it. Was definitely one of my most reliable rigs
Was never a fan of the bigger style. Miss my ‘76
I see you brought Ned Flanders along on the trip. Didn't know he was into overlanding!
Totally does look like ned 😂🤣😂🤣😎
Hidilly hodilly, overlanderino!
😂
You just gonna do him like that
Priceless!
Love seeing the Land Cruisers, especially that 80 series! Can't wait for more!!!
Kim is a solid dude. Worked with him for a short bit in Prince George. I love seeing him in your videos. I wish him and you the best. My wife and I watch your videos every evening.
Passionate overlander here. You guys always have the best videos. Best cinematography and music hands down. It's like watching an adventure movie.
For me This is the Best Adventures ever.
It will always be on my Top Lists in this Channel... 😊😊😊

I love this! The music. The editing. It feels like watching a movie.
One of the best channels on youtube by far !!! Awesome seeing my friend D in the red Rescue Jeep!
The quality to your videos is top notch. The added drone footage of the area around you just adds to the beauty! Keep the quality coming!!!

Top quality production, like the usual. Watching this on my TV is liking watching a Netflix show or documentary
Congratulations for your videos, they are inspiring, well filmed and with a brilliant soundtrack! Best regards from Portugal!
Wow, I have seen a couple videos of this trail I am not sure I would want to do it but glad to see people out there trying to keep it open.

Beautiful Documentary. Thanks for sharing such a magnificent trail and history.

Did this trail around 2000,, one of my fav runs. Met Pan Phillips kin. Was awesome!
you've taken me out of the mundane pandemic life and into your adventures. such awesome footage.
This has to be the first video I did not fast forward through. I don't even know how I got to it . But loved everything about it !
