Well, I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises plummeting stocks that were once revered and I don't know where to go here out of devastation.
The safest approach I feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.

What would be the best 5 etfs for a beginner
In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 2.5m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first million with a liquid 200k. handed it to a trader here in CA, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Google will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.

I've known Kath since my early days as an investor. She trades for me and advised me to diversify dividends to 50% FXAIX, 25% SCHD, and 25% QQQM, which has been great. I highly recommend her.
Good buys, 50% FXAIX, 25% SCHD, and 25% QQQM. this diversification is FIRE she definitely knows what she is doing.
I've recently started a small position Lululemon to my portfolio. Feels like a steal at this price. Going to be keeping my eyes on Ulta and elf as well.

If China is what Starbucks investors are banking on, I'd rethink that. I teach students in China and I actually teach a few classes where coffee is the discussion topic. I do one on one half hour classes back to back classes with students, mostly teenagers and some young adults. About 90 percent of them are high income in major cities. I have taught tens of thousands of students over 7 years. We discuss the history of coffee and modern coffee culture etc. Part of the class is discussing our own coffee drinking habits, including the habits of friends and family. I can say this much with certainty, modern Chinese business people do drink coffee as much as , if not more than tea, in many cases, but they generally stick to one cup a day, three times a week max. I don't see that ever changing. Also, The big cities already have Chinese versions of Starbucks. The social status thing involving cafes exists, but it has it's own unique slant. Bubble tea is a big thing there, and there is a brand of it I see all the time , but I forgot the name. And while they might even frequent the Starbucks chains at the office, they will never do that at the level we do. Even the most affluent have a kind of distaste for openly wasteful behavior and an absolute fear of addictive behavior. They kind of take pride in saving money on things like food. Someone always cooks at home, even if that someone is hired to do so. Of course they do takeout, but doing so daily would be considered kind of gross. They might order a ton of stuff like clothing and furniture online, but they are not likely to do daily Starbucks at the office in front of everyone. The boss wouldn't do that either, because it would show inefficiency. There is a "westernization" going on there, but there are aspects of the culture that are very strong and will never change( and probably that is a good thing, if I'm being honest). We kind of flaunt our coffee addiction here. They see that kind of thing as really problematic. In fact, even if they did get addicted to it like we are, someone would step in and claim it was a public health crisis . You have to consider the history. It's taken very seriously .
Went to China in 2017 and there were Starbucks in Shanghai and Hangzhou. They probably opened first shop much longer ago. It’s still fundamentally a tea drinking country. Maybe will change when older generations being replaced by younger ones. But then coffee was in Shanghai back in 1930s and later half of 1940s, tea was still more popular. For taste buds that are used to green tea, coffee appears to be overly bitter.

Whoa!! Boeing, that is rare. I love BA. During that short Bear Market in 2022-2023 it was one of the winners. I bought a lot during that time, then sold most of it when it rallied to 230 to buy Facebook and MSTR 😉. I've been watching it since the door incident. Hoping to get down back below 150 hopefully in the 120s. If it retraces back to 95, it's pandemic low, I'm going all out. You're right, I'll be careful because it's very volatile. I see BA similar to Disney, too big to fail.
I have been nibbling at Starbucks over the past 2 weeks. Similar take on it from my side and the fundamentals are still sound.

Great content, Luke! I don't know why Apple doesn't buy Pelaton; you've heard that q thousand times... Starbuck is a solid buy... Walgreens, maybe.. The rest are garbage.. I do know the point of this video though, just because some company is at a low it's not necessarily a buy.. Have a great weekend...

im starting to buy Paypal Stock too. to bad the coverdcall etf PYPY is being blocked by my broker i love those . if i buy the company. i buy a well performing coverdcall etf of it as well (if it exist ofc) so many intresting companies.. but boy the market it self . xD

There has been for sure a multitude of MAJOR Boeing events. 737max with two deadly crashes. A terrible hardware and software flaw caused by them. All for greed. Would NEVER invest or fly with them

Enjoy your videos, however I don’t think Starbucks and china will be a good move. China’s population is starting to shrink and estimates are they will lose 500million people in the next 10 years. This is due to their one child policy of the 80s, that demographic is too small to reverse the trend.

Im bearish on starbucks . I just think alot of muslims will never drink starbucks again because of the politics around its jewish links , and all the bad news and fake news about them aiding israel, and the boycott has cost it alot of money already.
I could be wrong but i dont think there will be more sales of starbucks in 5 years then there was last year or now.
