The Market have been suffering over the past month, with all the three indexes recording losses in recent weeks. My $400,000 portfolio is down by approximately 20%, any recommendations to scale up my returns before retirement will be highly appreciated.

In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 2.5m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first million with a liquid 200k. handed it to a trader here in CA, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Google will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.

Picked up some shares today at $150! I’m aware it may fall way lower but there is NO GUARANTEE. I’ve regretted not taking action before and I won’t let it happen again.
I will DCA down heavier and heavier if we are blessed with even better buying opportunities. If it goes up, we continue to DCA. It’s not that wildly complicated.

On April 5th I did $50,000 of TSLA call credit spreads at $195-$200 with a $54 premium/contract expiring on May 3rd. I'm feeling really good about that 10ish% profit in a month. I'll let it go to zero or roll it in the unlikely event it's necessary and let TSLA buy more shares of TSLA for me at a discount.
I would like to see profitability on the earnings call, especially energy+services. If cost reduction in Q1 plus cost reduction due to DVL right sizing (-10%) in Q2 as well as clear 2024 deliveries and clear guidance are clearly communicated on the 23rd, stock can rebound

Retails investors always panic when a stock crash and think that company is worthless! I remember when meta, palentir, Coinbase stock crashed everyone was saying bad things the company n now they r making all time high! It would be probably the case with Tesla

that's an odd number, most of the technical guys say there is a support at 152 and if that is broken the next support is 137 and the final stop is 101.

Try driving a Tesla with FSD at night time in a rain,heavy fog,snow or freezing rain storm all covering over the front camera lenses and then you will realize why you have to have a combination of cameras, lidar and radar to ever get Government approved robotaxis and level 5 or even 4 FSD which means Tesla has still not built a single car that will ever get Government approved.
This will be a life changing event for us tesla investors. I can see it going to 120 some time this year but for now just start taking bites of a wonderful long term hold🤩🤩🤩

IMO, the biggest risk right now is if institutional shareholders vote against Musk's pay package that he has already delivered on. Would he walk away? Could you do a video on your thoughts about how likely it is that the voting proxy companies vote against the package and what the ramifications would be.
I don't think its much risk. He could take a 90% paycut and still be the highest paid CEO by billions. He cannot sniff that pay anywhere else.

Luke, everytime I use my broker to buy stocks, I have to pay 10 dollars for the service. That's why I always buy in the thousands, and never in the hundreds. If you invest 250 dollars a week, that's going to be huge amount in service fees... Or do you get buys for free?

I think Tesla will go down more after earnings but not as much as expecting, i think they are pricing it in right now, I think we will make a lower high and make a bottom there and I will start my heavy DCA. I dont think we will get to 100$. I am a long term tsla holder so I take this as an opportunity rather getting upset and fomo in when it does get back to 200$.

Current quarterly results have nothing to do with future prospects. I honestly expected people to wake up after the v12 FSD release.

You can currently buy a well equipped Tesla model Y below the average listing price of 47k for all cars and for the average commute you will save an additional 200-300 per month in gas. Do the math I did and bought my first American made car since 1987. This is why bought a Tesla model Y. You simply can’t argue with the numbers.

@@ronmatthews2164 You may be right, and that would be a great time to buy the dip. The real question is whether it will stay under $100 and then go belly up. You know, when I go back and watch that Falcon 9 rocket reentering our atmosphere and landing (to be used again), and then realize that Tesla shares the same technology as its sister company Space X, I feel optimistic about the long-term future of Tesla. Nvidia seems to be a one-trick pony (and it looks like a correction is already coming).
