This is how we cry as South Africans, especially if someone has passed , now imagine me singing like that and the neighbors come rushing to my house expecting the worst and I'm like "ohh no..I was just practicing my higher note" 😊
Love you too Madeleine! I'm going to keep trying. Starting with the yawn at 2:43 Singing "you", up into the nose, down to the mouth 3:59 Using a stop consonant "boo" 6:58 Short, short, exhale make long 8:48
As a practicing lead/solo singer, I find this training to be a very consistent, consolidated, focused concentration on the vocal aspect and attitude - very clearly and confidently explained, and emphasized!
Hi I'm Andreza from brazil!!! I'm here cuz i love your channel!!!! It's very useful for me!!! Before that i started watching your videos i figure out that i can able to sing well like a singer!!!! Thanks for your help I'm totally grateful GOD for you!!! Kisses from Brazil, bye!
I’m always really confused when it comes to what is which register. This is head voice, yes? I have the most strain when I’m in the higher portion of my chest voice. Thanks for the tips!
I am following with great interest these 3 tutorials and I really appreciate your hints about relaxation and spontaneity of the instrument. Thanks a million.
Thank u soo much MadelineThese videos hv helped me a lot in my singing I would love if u could give lessons on different harmonies n how to harmonise as many of us stuggle with harmonising correctly
You are incredibly awesome and adorable! Thanks for this! Keep them coming please . I haven't found a tutor who teaches the significance and importance of these vocal excercises and I am finally understanding all of it, thanks to you!
My boyfriend thought there was a nightingale in our bedroom 😅 I really love high notes because I can reach them so easily, but doing it the right way makes me feel very safe, wanting to play, and I enjoy them even more! You’re such a good teacher and singer! 💗🎶🦋 Thank you! 🥰
I haven't watched the full video yet, but I have a question.. I can sing really high, really low, and middle.. do you a have video recommendation on how to connect them all better/more consistently ? I think that there are certain keys that are more difficult for me to connect the high notes/ low notes/ stability.. idk much about professional singing or music theory, but that's what it feels like when I sing sometimes.
Hello there, I like very much the instrumental music at the beginning of this video. Is it available as a whole song? If so, what is the name of the song, and where can I get a copy? Great video - I’m working on singing high notes without strain with my teacher right now. I’m practicing the exercises and they’re helping me. Thanks, Daniel M.
Hello love ur vids there so helpful BTW I am a singer and I get a staraned voice when I try to sing high love u and ur vids also u have an amazing voice
Teacher thank you so very much... I've tried my best to do the exercises you assign, but I don't what happens most of the time I do a headvoice exercise or try to follow you on warm-up piano scale my voice gets hoarse... is that normal? Do you think that might be cause I just started with these exercises?
I don't struggle with strain, but I don't know how to explain it to someone. (Because I know how to explain it this way if it is the same thing) Could it be similar (if not the same as) to tension?
Mam I can go g#5 or A5 with this I can't make loud right now because my siblings are shouting at me😅but I want go more high can we go with this exercise?
I always had strain since I was in choir in all through high school and now my program and I never had noticed anything like tension at all in any kind of way that I never learned how to handle it but someone in my program had told me that whenever I always try and try to go up high in my head voice I tend to think that I could hit the higher notes but I then my throats keeps hurting when I do that what are some ways of advice would you give me
I'm Diancyl Macasling from Philippines. I really love to sing but I don't know how to get the high note. I don't know how to open my vocal throat and I don't know how to use my diaphragm while singing.. Please help me🙏
This is amazing, I love it! if you slowly raise your head while going bao-bao-bao-bao, then you can strengthen it when your head is up. Sometimes the sound is exactly in the middle of my vocal bridge, and barely anything comes out, so it's a perfect exercise to strengthen it. Also my voice sounds so much better after making these loud sounds~
Hi....can you please please react to Hua Chenyu, he is a Chinese singer and a wonderful artist...I think you'll love him.... Those are some recommendations : Qi Tian , Child, Heaven, Ordinary Path, Nunchucks, I don't care, Fake monk, Ashes from fireworks, Me. I know I might be annoying but can you please react to him...? Thanks....

I just “BOO”’d so high that the cat just jumped off the couch and ran out of the room. 😂

I am crazy so it makes no difference.
Crazy is subjective lol

Same problem here. My chest voice craps out on me way lower than (I feel) it should. Would love some direction with that register specifically.
Thank you. These principles will help musicians who play wind instruments.
I am following with great interest these 3 tutorials and I really appreciate your hints about relaxation and spontaneity of the instrument. Thanks a million.
Many thanks Madeline. I think I am getting to the head voice with ease.

I cannot go as high as you yet!! But alas I am trying my hardest and overtime hoping to build that strength😎
I love you you always say exactly what I need to hear ❤️❤️
Is the air being inhaled goes to tummy or chest to stock when hitting high notes. Which is better place to stock the air?
Great
First comment! Cannot wait to watch this!

Hello love ur vids there so helpful BTW I am a singer and I get a staraned voice when I try to sing high love u and ur vids also u have an amazing voice
Why does my voice start to distort around Eb5? I'm basically a baritone trying to connect D5 through G5 but there's a break.
Wonderful ... my neighbours must love (not) my high notes now
More videos! :) Love these

It's out now
Your make up is amazing. Can you teach me how to do my make up like you as well as sing better? 😄
Are the "bews" using falsetto? I couldn't tell. Or should I be doing them at the top of my non-falsetto range?
Happy Easter
Did you move out of Florida? You should do a video on that. It would be interesting. Plus, it will get a lot of views.
I don't struggle with strain, but I don't know how to explain it to someone. (Because I know how to explain it this way if it is the same thing) Could it be similar (if not the same as) to tension?
tension is a cause of strain
please post your usher climax challenge
Mam I can go g#5 or A5 with this I can't make loud right now because my siblings are shouting at me😅but I want go more high can we go with this exercise?
Why does my voice break every time I do any of these exercises no matter what pitch I try? My voice doesn't usually break...?
I always had strain since I was in choir in all through high school and now my program and I never had noticed anything like tension at all in any kind of way that I never learned how to handle it but someone in my program had told me that whenever I always try and try to go up high in my head voice I tend to think that I could hit the higher notes but I then my throats keeps hurting when I do that what are some ways of advice would you give me

Opera Rock. From Spain please. React to Camilo Sesto: Getsemani ( live 1977 ).

Whenever I sing higher notes I have to clear my throat after and I don’t know why but it sounds blocked :/
Same here 😩

Can you do a tutorial on how to sing words with the letters I, O or U? It's hard to keep the sound of these in the mask. :)
🎼🎶Practicing in my car parked outside a store, BOO, BOO, BOO... and waving my arms ...
Uh oh
looks like someone called the cops...🚔
i was doing the "boo" exercise then my sister comes running down asking who was crying? XD
I tend to go wide but I need to look pretty when I sing.haha
OMG WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE??? Did anybody else's cat come to check on them?
