@ Yes but theirs rotates the tambo into a block and is vertical whereas this keeps the tambo horizontal and the beater goes down on the tambo. I've had the dw one and it's great but I like this more
@@greedfox7842bruh, Benny greb is more skilled than you and uses this accessory efficiently. Skilled and non skilled players can vibe with this accessory.
Os bateristas brasileiros já fazem isso há décadas, porém improvisados. Não apenas pandeirola, mas pandeiro... E etc... Música brasileira pede muito instrumentos de percussão na bateria.
Just imagine how much that costs.. ? One more for the steel/aluminium graveyard.. Why? Because of the inbuilt obsolescence ALL these drum companies incorporate at stress points - where the cheap metal simply shears out after a few repetitions and leave you with no other option than to replace entire. CRIMINAL.
slick! I could see it being paired with pedal cajons for busking as well!
love this controlled sound 👌🏼
Love the giant hi-hat rod 😄😄
Genius innovation
DW did it years ago

Haha! Hoax! Looks exactly like the MEINL PM-1 Cowbell-Holder, only with a different, z-shaped rod :).
Selling the same product with another name :)
meinl has been working their asses off the past year, coming out with all these new cymbals/products. I love it
How is this new? DW invented a tambourine pedal 11 years ago
@@ianngoh842 yeah, but it has the tambourine as a beater und doesn't sit flat. I never liked the playability of it
@@Lumerdrums stuff like this is just a gimmick for people with no real skill.

@@greedfox7842 or a addition to your sound vocabulary, but I see I'm not speaking to a professional here so...
Love it

They have the right man behind the product!
Even Claus likes it :D
1:53 what a cool beat

I wish this was louder/ larger/brighter so it could cut through and blend with the rest of the kit.
Boah, the world has waited for this 🙄
I need one for my setup

Have you heard the DW one? Totally different sound...
This is free market capitalism. Yeah, they got one. Ours is better. Now, let’s see if people buy it. 😅
that is genius
Can you apply the constant release method to this and get doubles?
Was this not a thing? There's a street drummer in my area who had that tambourine pedal setup like 20 years ago
Other companies have made similar solutions for decades. This is just a newer and potentially more modern one from meinl.
meinl makes a tambourine for the hihat already... and its only 20 bucks.
Maybe you should have released this on the Christmas Day instead of New Year’s.
Sound almost like sleigh bells. Like 4-bit sleigh bells effect or something.
Doesn’t like you could fit a different tambourine in there. 👎
this is bullshit

This rings too long and no attack, sounds more like jingle bells.
Cool but probably most useless thing ever.
@Mikeedoodee I wouldn’t say useless. It’s definitely niche.
Not visual, too low to the ground
It still Sounds and looks too German to me ...😂...when you're German You cant do anything about it
