15 oz. Blackeye peas - Rinsed well
1/2 red onion
1 cucumber
1/2 C. diced tomato
1/2 c. bell pepper different colors
1C. canned corn
Salad dressing
1/4 C. Olive or Vegetable oil
1/4 C. Vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1t. d'jon mustard
1t. honey or maple syrup
1t. oregano
you can add some sugar if you want and some cilantro.
