I bought tomato paste once for the same reason(never finished whole can) but I seem to remember the shelf life of the tube type was short. Did I not read info on tube right?
I keep mine in refrigerator at all times. Its good up to 45 days after being opened. I usually use it up in that amount of time.

I’m from Charlotte but lived in Sylva for awhile (about 30 minutes south of Cherokee) due to work. It’s beautiful up that way. Now I reside in Ocean Isle Beach, NC at the SC border. It’s another stunning place to live in this state but totally different, as you probably know. I just subscribed to your channel to get acquainted with you folks.
Welcome and so happy to meet you!
the wire fence is probably to keep bears out also. they will destroy an orchard.
Oh yeah! never thought about bears.
I've had this salad, and loved it. You might want to sharpen your knife!
Ash shead
Everything's better made from scratch, because it's made with love . Also because it's not full of chemicals
True! Thank you for watching!
I like your videos Madam ❤
Glad you like them!
I visited this place in 1965. Now when I go and pass by I think of all the fun I had there with my parents. I was so young I wasn't real interested but ran around having fun but my parents really enjoyed it and reminisced about when they had a farm.
Thats sweet!
This would be Heaven to me.
Me too! Im originally from western NC. I miss living there.
First time for your channel. At 84 I learned something new regarding honey. Thanks
Welcome! Thank you for subscribing.
I cook as much from scratch as possible…..no artificial contents or strange chemicals….
Have to try this
Please do!
Because view there ❤
Every time I have gone here I have imagined the people who used to live in this area getting up every morning & seeing the mountains & scenery. I wondered how it was to live there with just the river sounds & the birds, the air & the forest all around? I know they worked very hard but just the joy of living there must have been heaven sent.
I agree 100%. Its beautiful!
Looks nice ❤
Thank you so much!

My grandmother made these for us! They are absolutely delicious!
Yes they are!
Looks good, I will try this. Thank you
Please do!
Looks good but can you use lemon juice instead of the apple cider vinegar?
That would be good!
Yes that would work.
Looks good but your knife is dulling bc you keep scraping it across the board to pick up the food.
Your right!
My elderly neighbor growing up always made tea cakes. She made them a bit larger and thick but they were so very good. I have never had one since. This recipe looks like the one to try.
They are good!
Had this at a family reunion years ago. We ate it as a dip with tortilla chips.
I have too..Never thought about the tortilla chips.
Thank you!
Thank you so much! enjoy!
Thank you for sharing this recipe! I tried a similar one last year with just Plantain that workes really well. Now I got inspired for trying with some more herbs 😊🙏
My Dad really likes the save for skin problems he's 91.
You gained a new subscriber 😊. Looks delicious! I’m a South GA gal. We love black eyed peas, especially fresh ones. We put up about 4-5 bushels in the freezer every summer!
Thats alot of peas! But I love them cooked and put on top of cornbread too.
I agree. I caught my attention. It looks delicious, & beautiful. 👍
I made this for dinner tonight, I used dehydrated leeks in place of the onions, it smells amazing
Glad you like it. Its pretty tasty!
This recipe looks delicious, we have a family bbq this weekend and I am definitely going to make this. Thank you
Thank you for watching. Enjoy!
