MK7.5 GTI Cobb Titanium Catback Exhaust // BMP Tuning

- We got the opportunity to install the new Cobb Tuning Titanium cat back on Zeb's MK7.5 right before SEMA. Zeb's car is currently Stage 1 tuned, with an IE intake, and factory downpipe. While not extremely loud with the factory downpipe, the tone of the exhaust is really nice. In addition the the nice sound and looks of the exhaust, it weighs in at about 16.5lbs in total compared to the factory exhaust weight of 47lbs.
We will be installing a Hybrid turbo and downpipe on Zeb's car soon and will have a whole different aspect of how this titanium exhaust can sound! Stay tuned!

I'm guessing it would get significantly louder with an aftermarket downpipe, even if the DP was catted. I'd be temped to add a straight-through resonator in the front section if a DP made it too loud. Great sound otherwise. Of course the video camera mic isn't going to duplicate naked-ear sound.
Is it actually loud in person? And does it sound good considering its a 4cly. Am planning on getting this one.
You can definitely hear it from a good distance away!
How's the cabin noise? Is it much louder than stock?
We only installed this exhaust with an aftermarket downpipe, so the cabin noise difference was definitely pretty noticeable compared to stock.

I absolutley LOVE how that sounds. Nice and quiet. But the fact that they dont offer one for the golf R is plain STUPID and useless to me smfh.
