Almost every video I learn a new trick or way to do something. The expanding the oval was nice, I’ve also ended up buying the same ergo mat to lay on. I can’t kneel but never thought to use it to lay on. ✌️

Honestly theres alot of people that just live to hate on others and others are too soft and only live their life online. I go through it on my channel but easiest thing i found is to ignore and delete the haters. I give them zero ammo. Its not easy especially when u get hundreds of comments but best thing to remember is you do this for you. You share your passion and we that follow should support what you do.
