Im a 32 year old truck driver. I have terrible cardio but what got me back into biking, was a few too many scares on a motorcycle. I missed being on 2 wheels, well I saved up and bought a cheap E bike. A "Ridstar" from Amazon. And let me tell you, a 40 mile range E bike with fat knobby tires has reignited my passion for 2 wheels and I love it! Unfortunately up here in ND there's not much for real trails, but after a couple months I have almost 200 miles on my bike. (Give or take 10 15 miles, the speedo is a mph off at full speed) and I've enjoyed it so much. I've seen spots of my town I haven't seen in the 18 years I've lived here!

After a long chat with ChatGPT, based on that intake pipe being around 800mm long, 50mm diameter, the heat rise would be less that 0.5°c at 7500rpm, 10psi boost.
So basically, don’t stress.

Why not just relocate the battery to the trunk seems like the smart thing to do plus then you can just do the big 3 with some better wire while your at it and then have the benefit of being able to use a lithium battery

21:45 That's because almost every car made in the last several decades uses whats called Closed Loop Fueling at idle and part throttle cruise, meaning of course it shows it idling at 14.7 because it's constantly making small adjustments to the fueling to keep it on target. The REAL test is at wide open throttle, because most cars switch to open loop fueling at WOT, which does not monitor if it's staying on target or not, because the O2 sensor and ECU can not respond fast enough of high RPM to make correction adjustments to the fueling, so it just sets a hard coded fueling number during open loop, usually based on RPM and Load.

19:54 you are supposed to weld it with the plug in and remove the plug before it cools.
And probably chase the threads out with a tap after it cools.

With how he routed the intercooler piping, I guess not.
I just don't think he trusts himself to modify the block or manifolds. He can also probably pass emissions with how it is(with the rest of the exhaust), vs with an egr delete.

Hey Gingium I have a 07 accord v6 5AT but heard you can’t really tune those because of the transmission is that true, and if not what do I need to tune my car.
Did you bead rolled the intercooler piping? Didn't see you do it! Don't forget to do that, for you dont have any blowouts.
He wont be running much boost so wont really be necessary. 6-8lbs, maybe 10 maxx, wont be enough to blow those couplers off.
Looking great. Would it be an idea to flip the intake to shorten the piping? I think what you need to do this is flip the runners and block off the EGR.

Have we done Rally spec dump valve on Hot Side close to turbo for the snakes whistle
Any form of stop-start traffic will heat soak the inlet pipe in the engine bay, increasing the iat and takes a bit of time to get the temperature down, it's better to wrap the pipe in exhaust wrap now instead of later.

This is a cool build, and your work looks amazing, but you should try cutting your pie cuts from a bend instead of a straight piece. It's a bit more pricey, but it would make them look so much better.

Only concern may be boost creep. You have zero air priority on the wastegate. Otherwise it looks killer

I have an MTB combo I really like for trail bikes and based on your videos, it'll be perfect.
Front tire is either a Dissector or DHF. Dissector is lighter and faster and DHF has more grip. I don't recommend a Dissector on the rear. The knobs don't last long.
Rear tire is a Rekon Exo+. Rolls fasts, lasts long.
For the record, on any bigger bikes I use Assegai front and Aggressor (DD) rear or DHR2.

You need to switch to a dual pass intercooler to keep the cold side piping on one side
