    I will show you the 3 Steps Used To Pulling Out a Large Dent on a Car Fender
    This damage that dented the fender was either caused by someone backing into the vehicle or hitting the side on the car with a bumper.
    This type of dent is complex and will need several steps to properly repair with paintless dent removal.
    1⃣ The first step used to pull out this dent is with the use of a cold glue.
    This pulling method uses a slide hammer and a sticky cold glue to pull out a large amount of the damage.
    2⃣ The second step used to fix this dent is by using PDR tools to apply leverage and pressure to the back of the panel. This process will push out the dent to bring out some of the damaged area.
    3⃣ The third step used to repair this dented fender is with hammers, knockdowns , and blending the metal to push down and move the crowns back into the dented area.
    All of these 3 Steps are repeated multiple times until the damaged panel is restored back to its pre-damaged condition.

      👍 Thanks. This dent was more complicated than it looked.
      It took quite some time to repair and get the natural shape back to the panel.

    did you have to remove the fender liner or were you able to sneak behind it? Real nice work, thanks for sharing.

    • @exceldentremoval
      @exceldentremoval  3 года назад +3

      Yes I was able to loosen it. In a couple of the clips you can see it hanging down on the tire.
      Plus all the leaves and junk that were stuck inside fell on the ground.

    @Excel Dent Removal I'm in Atlanta any recommendations for a repair shop?

    • @exceldentremoval
      @exceldentremoval  Год назад +1

      For the Atlanta area. I’d highly recommend @ezdentrepair Ez Auto Spa. They have a couple of locations on the east side.
      If other areas are needed. Then there are a couple more paintless dent repair companies around Atlanta and Georgia.

    How much is something like this?

    • @exceldentremoval
      @exceldentremoval  2 года назад

      There a several factors that effect the time needed to repair large dents and the costs involved. Every dent, location of the dent, and vehicle are different.
      Some large damage like this can range from $600 - $1500. This particular repair was over $860.

    can you use heat on the panel...boiling water ...air gun?

    • @exceldentremoval
      @exceldentremoval  Год назад

      Any heat used is only to warm the panel material and paint to help make it easier to move and help prevent any damage to the paint.
      Sometimes I will only need to slightly warm the panel with a heat gun. Other times I will use consistent heat during most of the repair.

    • @exceldentremoval
      @exceldentremoval  3 месяца назад

      There are many factors that affect the cost to repair a large dent like this in a car.
