When will they have homes there and not just models or 9 month to one year building time? Do they have financial problems where they have to wait for a purchase in order to build? What is going on?
Thank you for making this video. I’ve lived most of my life in Ohio, but I was born and raised in South Carolina. We’re going to Hilton Head this coming September, I think we’ll stop and tour this place! I imagine the monthly fees are high.
We noticed that as well. We were there in mid November on a Wednesday in the late afternoon. Maybe the snowbirds were back home for Thanksgiving? We found it to be "sleepy". Thanks for watching!
They have classes in several different areas like at the gym, wood shop, pottery room. Pickleball, tennis, cornhole. Entertainment on most Fridays and Saturdays.
We filmed on Nov 20th so it was the week of Thanksgiving. Plus it was cool outside. I am guessing snowbirds were not there yet and full-timers might have been traveling. But yes...kind of quiet!
Instead of a more expensive golf cart, how about getting an e trike or two instead? No licensing, no insurance, can ride on the paths and good for quick errands.

We have no idea. They had lots for sale when we went, it was in late October of last year.
