This person talks about the wetlands but just a month ago some of the wetlands areas are now being built on because the SC changed the laws on where to build. Also the community will now have 5,000 to 7,000 homes ! The amenities are now too small for this growing community and on NYE they told people that registered for the event that they could not come in because they were at capacity! Our piece of paradise is starting to not be so.
Are there any long or short term rentals available within the Latitude development? Are they permitted by the by-laws? How can I find out what's available?
There are long term rentals no VRBO or AirBnb. There is not one place that has all of them and they can hard to find. You may want to try some local property rental companies such as Miller Long Term or Coastal Long Term.
