Who is thinking about checking out the new Water Sound, FL (Panama Beach) area? This area is really needing something like this. I’m thinking good longer term investment potential. There’s no place to stay there yet but they can offer you a corporate discount at the Margaritaville hotel there. Thanks for the view+of this one!

Can you give an opinion on Margaritaville vs. a more traditional like Solivita? To me the Villages appears to big, Solivita close to about rigtht. Does Margaritaville seem too small. Seems to have everything in a more close together community (seems Margritaville would be the most social of them all).
That is the most depressing concrete jungle that I’ve ever seen. Even Ocala is preferable. Great video displaying where not to retire if brain cells are still synapsing
Hilarious and brilliant how the developers are selling crap Florida land for a fortune to people who don’t know better. Well, at least waves won’t wash away your beach I house because there are no beachfront houses here. No thanks. I’ll take the awesome Midwest or Mountain West any day over this.

Keep the stoners out and place a no 420s allowed at the entrance and Ile invest there, otherwise Ile boogie elsewhere. People are trying to escape that garbage in their communities and families and the disasters drugs cause. This is the irony here I see unfortunately,whereas Buffet is a big stoner. However, I don't know many 55 over stoners with money anyways, most are broke losers but some people like musicians, athlete's and actors have made it stoned. I just don't want that around my home, Alcoholics are enough to ruin a place, SMH

I've a question about transportation between the Latitude Margaritaville and the beach club. It seems like there is a fair distance between the 2. Is this accessible via golf cart? Or is there a scheduled private bus between the 2? Or would you have to drive there.
My wife and I can hardly wait til we can move there. Unfortunately we are too young! One of the few times in my life that I wish I was older

That place is nowhere near the beach. It is west of the interstate in a swampy area.
The beach club is on the beach 20 minutes away from the residences. Somewhat misleading however.
I don't understand why they put the units so close together either. Looking at Google Maps, it looks like there is 10 feet between dwelling units.
@@Northeasy_Iowa_Outdoors So they can pack as many houses on the property as possible to sell. Most all new single family developments in the area are like that. They call them narrow lots.

Hi Ken, they are additional costs that can apply to certain lots that might be considered to have premium features. A great example of this would be a lot that has a water view.
I am tired of people using the word "super" to describe everything.
Ex: I have a SUPER EMPTY refrigerator.
Now, if your refrigerator is empty, it's just empty. Adding SUPER infront of the word empty does not make your refrigerator any more empty than it already is.
Knock it off people, you sound SUPER ridiculous.
