Latitude Margaritaville was tops on my list of places to retire at first, but their prices have become too high and they just don’t seem to have all the activities and events quite like The Villages has daily. Neat to see it from the inside, tho - thanks!!
@@IGoWhereYouGo My thoughts exactly! LM is beautiful and we love Jimmy Buffett, but it’s not like he was going to come visit us at our home if we bought there. I love the idea of all the daily and nightly things to do in TV. Plus the price-point is more in line with what we want to spend. Now if I can just get us past those snakes! I think even ONE in our yard and we’d have a cow!

You could get in there for the low 300's but it was almost a year ago. Recently we received an email from them saying they had lots still available.
