I like the furnished version of the condo units because it really shows you what you could do. For example, in the main bedroom, I imagine putting closet space at the foot of the bed, however, it would break in the center for a wall-mounted 50-inch TV, and underneath the TV would be drawer space. I'm not fond of the idea of putting a washer in the kitchen, so if I could I would gut out the bathroom located off the kitchen and put a stackable washer/dryer unit, the rest of the space would have shelving to store various items. That patio is enormous! If I could make some changes to it, I could most definitely see myself living here!
Spot on. That's the benefit of being able to customize these homes. Let me know if you want to contact Wayne, and I can put you in touch. Thanks for watching. Stay tuned for more.
@@RetiringToAsia To be transparent, although I am visiting Pattaya a couple of weeks next year, I'm not planning on moving there until 2026/27. In the meantime, I'm hoping that prices for similar condos are not too inflated and there are similar condos available with similar spacing and flexibility to renovate as needed. I'd love to have Wayne's contact info, but at the moment, it would be a waste of his time.
Looks good, but too expensive for me. Given the fall in value over time on condos in Pattaya/ Jomtien, lm opting for renting on a 6 to 12 month lease, being able to move whenever l want to, or stay longer, if l like to as well
I just found this channel. I am a long term skulker of all things Thailand. You had better just rent for s several months, - until you get away from ' "American" price mind set. There are so many condos, in prime locations, at much lower prices. Thailand. is cheaper than what you are seeing.
Would you prefer to buy one you could finish or one that is fully furnished?
Please keep in mind that prices and availability change often.
Great VDO with all the neighborhood.
Thank you
Excellent condos.. I like the 2nd and the one with huge deck! Good job!
Yes, that thing is huge!
beautiful new building in a good location. unfortunately the apartments are a bit too big. great video. keep it up
There will be many more coming, and I'm sure Wayne could find something that would suit you. Let me know if you want his contact info

Certainly understand that. Stay tuned for rental options too. Thanks for watching.
Good One, cheers.
Glad you enjoyed it
haha, why put in a queen size bed in such a big bedroom?, should of course be a king size...or bigger! :)
Lots of options in those big rooms! I've been told it is a king size, just that the huge room made it look smaller!

Thanks for watching. Check out the condo tours I have, too. Not everyone likes that kind of living. There are plenty of options and prices out there.
