      Hi Joelle, Have just completed part 1 now. Whilst I did enjoy it, I personally prefer a slightly longer same class approach as against a 2 parter. But hey, that’s just me.
      It’s good of you to put free videos out there, along with everyone else I appreciate the amount of work that goes into each one 😀❤️👍🏼

      It'll depend on how your body is feeling - I generally recommend starting with 3-4 times per week, but if you're already used to stretching and you feel your body can handle it, working up to every day can be great too! 10 minutes a day can make a HUGE difference :)

      @@YogawithJoelle Can you recommend me one of your videos that could help me. I sat from about November to January regularly from 9-4 on my couch working, No break just sitting, I was just relaxing. I run Five times a day, and weights on the same days. But the more I went running my knees were killing me. I thought it some weight that I put on, but as I was losing weight, the knees were still hurting. Whilst in the shower I unconsciously would push my hips and pelvic forward while I felt this tightness, I didn't know what it was, it felt like also, like I incurred a soreness on the outside, just above my knees to side. Very sore. I haven't been able to run correctly since march. I started looking on RUclips and found it could be my IT band. I tried foam rolling but its soooo Painful. So, I'm assuming Its that. So, Could you direct me to any of your videos that has IT Band or Hips? Thank you and sorry for that long explanation lol

      That sounds amazing Larry, enjoy this experience for all it's worth!! As far as which practices to do, I'd keep it flexible and target any areas that may be feeling tight or in need of a few stretches, depending on how you feel each day. If you're feeling pretty good overall and just want more of a quick general stretch at the end of each day's hike you could do the post-workout one: ruclips.net/video/vj4zHXH8y5w/видео.html or else the yoga for runners (which I think would get into some good areas for hikers, too): ruclips.net/video/yd4Z2eunpds/видео.html I hope that helps, and I know you'll make the most of it all! ✨

    • @YogawithJoelle
      @YogawithJoelle  2 года назад

      Oh the hamstring cramps are REAL on that one! This probably isn't the answer anyone wants to read, but the way to get over cramps is to do it more regularly! You can start by keeping the movement small, just teaching the brain how to connect with the body. Over time, the neural confusion decreases as the body starts to understand, "Oh yeah, I know how to do that!"
