By no means am I saying your yoga was simple or too easy- but I just wanted to say for those of us that are naturally less flexible, or dealing with injury...or even just aging ☺️, it was nice to do a routine that wasn’t like “hold your leg over your head for 5 breaths” or “hover with your body in the air” types of yoga. 😉💛 Some people’s routines are so challenging and advanced that you leave feeling bummed and incapable, rather than strengthened and refreshed. This was lovely. The different stretches were great and I feel anyone could easily modify according to their level. Thank you! Just found you and really enjoy the content💗🌸

Loved this class! My hip flexors tend to twitch sometimes. So I always love some good hip flexor poses. And 20 minutes for me is perfect! That's some time I can fit in almost every day. Thanks Liv ❤️

Even though my form is garbage, my hips felt incredibly loose when I was finished. Working may through your 21 day program now. Love your content, hopefully I'll get better with time, I've neglected flexibility in favor of hypertrophy for years. Time for me to find a balance. This was really nice! I usually avoid hip classes because I had hip surgery due to a labral tear and ever since my hip flexors hurt regularly. But thanks to this I realized I actually have pretty long and stretchy flexors. No idea why they ache randomly...

Can someone advise which of this (or in fact any) exercises would be great to relieve tightness in the hips. There have been regular instances where I have to sit on the floor for long periods (for religious events). I try to sit cross legged, it’s something I have been able to do with no issues well into my late 20s. But since then, whenever I try to get up, my hips feel like they’re locked in place. I know it’s partly because I don’t move as much as I used to (clear case of bone idleness)…so now looking at any sort of easy exercises I can do to help ease the pressure and tightness. Thanks in advance all
Liked this but really could have done with the option of using a belt if you cannot grab your heel. Repeated with a belt for some of the poses and got more out of it for me personally. At age 66- props for me! Now added to my do once a month list.
