- MLive entertainment reporter Edward Pevos interviews actor William Forsythe. He is one of the numerous celebrity guests you can meet at the Motor City Nightmares Horror Show at the Novi Sheraton through Sunday, Sept. 13.
William Forsythe is a very underrated actor. So funny seeing him talk in his regular voice.
U also got an underrated actor on yo profile pic💯💯
Is he Italian-Irish from NY? Is he gay? He doesn't sound anything like a New Yorker, let alone Sammy the Bull...
Right lol
Is he a Texan
Met him once in a bar, blew my mind. Full track suit looking dapper as a mage in Los Angels. Much respect.
William is like one of the biggest actors that everybody recognizes but doesn't know his name he's been in a lot of stuff and it's always been a force
Jason Mazzulla I know what you mean... I've seen him in many movies like The rock, deuce bigalow, city by the sea and blue streak... I always remember his first name william but struggle with remembering his last name though I did remember today that it began with an F... William fitchner is another actor I confused him with by name aswell lol
I have imdb nothing escape me
I just watched Halloween again recently. The breakfast scene with him is pure gold.
One of the most underrated actors ever
One of the most underrated, loved him in Boardwalk Empire
A very talented and gifted actor. He seems like such a nice guy.
William Forsythe is the man. The best actor ever.
I wouldn't go that far...
Damn! It’s always fun to see how an actor is in real life to see how INCREDIBLY different they are. This guy had me completely fooled; he’s an incredible actor!!
He seems like such a genuinely nice man. I love to see that.
His movie with Steven Seagal "Out for Justice" still 1 of my favorite all time action movies/thrillers! "Anyone seen Richie?". "Anybody know why Richie did Bobby Lupo?". LOL!!!!!
Robert Brown+ He was a total badass in Stone Cold
Out for Justice was sooo bad it was good. But Forsythe was by far the best actor on that movie.
Put him up on a hook! WF played Ritchie so well. You really love to hate the guy....he was off his head.
Out for Justice and Stone Cold his two best
I like the guy getting his leg shot off and you hear screaming and cursing for a couple of minutes non stop
Seems like his speaking voice is different from his acting voice. In most movies I've seen him in, he has a bit of a growl in his voice.
I loved him in Dick Tracy as flat top and the sheriff in Devils Rejects.
His portrayal of Richie in Out For Justice was amazing. He made that character the baddest crackhead in cinema history.
Always so interesting hearing these actors natural speaking voice
He was great in American Me playing a Mexican Mafia nember
This guy is mad cool. I met him at Mad Monster Party AZ and had a interesting conversation about Steven Seagal and New York accents.
He played a phenomenal Sammy Gravano in the John Gotti movie!
Stop eating that greasy shit ;)
Best line
Worried about your blood pressure.
Also JD in American me.....so he played 2nd in charge of 2 criminal organizations and played them with perfection
One of my top 5 actors hands down. this man is brilliant, exciting, and in serious roles commands your attention
Underrated actor
Absolutely
What a great actor
Man I’ll always remember the first time I was introduced to William as an actor and that was in the fantastic movie ‘Deuce Bigalow Male Gigalo’. I was only 12 so I had to sneak into that one. I always loved him since then though.
Forsythe is a GREAT ACTOR!! Keep’em comin’ Billy!!
-A fan from Southern California 🙏🏼💪🏽✊🏾✌🏽
Sheriff Wydell was a badass
One of my FAVORITE actors of all time. So underrated.
I LOVED him in Extreme Prejudice. If you haven't seen it-SEE IT, it's that good!
Greatest Al Capone EVER!!!!
Damn I remember that series that's way back in the days.. That series put William on the radar for me.
I wish one of these interviewers would talk to William Forsythe about playing Al Capone. People are so obsessed with his characters in "Stone Cold" and "Out For Justice" but Al Capone was one of his best roles. I guess if I ever get to meet him I'll ask him about it. The "Untouchables" reboot was a great show and more people should watch it.
He is one of my favorite actors.
Wialliam is such a dynamic actor. Watch American me then Deuce Bigalow. The range this actor has is CRAZY! Such a great actor!
I loved his character in Halloween 2007
Love William Forsythe, great actor
He was hilarious in halloween 2007 movie god i laughed my ass off when i saw him
"Ride my bull bitch" lmao
William is by far one of the greatest actors .
Anybody whos anybody knows this man. Stone cold. Awesome job. My my my what do we have here? An over grown version of
Bam Bam...
Luis Barrera “try it up here motherfucker” pulls out a machine gun and shoots the beer can off. I love that film. Forsythe is the man. Also Out for Justice, Richie

\,,/ 😆 \,,/
That's my cousin William Forsythe
i would like to ask William about some movies i liked from the 70s and his opinion on them as an actor? but he has now website or contact..
What a nice guy. One of the best character actors in the past 40 years.
He's a great actor
Gorgeous man.
Dayna Tausig. You may want to try bifocals lol
Thank you..oh, you meant William,my bad
I agree, Dayna. Still have a crush on him.
We're talking Spaghetti Stick...😂😂
One of my favorite actor.
His performance in The Devil’s Rejects was brilliant. I wish his character took up more of the film, especially his relationship with his brother (the great Tom Towles).
First time i watch him without an accent. Great voice very Great actor
Geez, isn't there even one interview anywhere in existence regarding his role in American Me? That movie is way more interesting than some of the other mundane crap these nerdy bozos keep asking him about.
I wondered the same thing for long time especially given how popular American Me was. But ALOT of bad things happened while they were making the movie. 10 People were killed. The Mexican Mafia was threatening to put a hit out on Edward James Olmos for his portrayal of them. Willam may rnot feel comfortable talking about it ( aside from the documentary They made about American Me, EJO never talks about it either )
I have only ever seen a few of the actors talk about it publicly.
When you make a movie about a real life gang that still has alot of power and influence . You need to tread very lightly. Especially when you portraying the founding members of that gang
He also played Sammy the bull Gravano in "Gotti " ( 1996)
I have never heard him talk about that movie either. .
Hes a great charachter actor. Absolutely underrated.
He is really cool guy. Out of Justice is brilliant.
When I was a kid this guy used to scare the s*** out of me I loved his acting
Very underrated actor
Omg I was expecting him to be a lot scarier. He seems as wholesome as Tom Hanks.
Oh man, it's the legend himself. The guy who brought to life one SheriffJohn Quincey Wydell.
Hey, it's Ice Hensley
What a great guy

He must change his voice alot because his movies his voice deep this guy is a great actor he got classics
Manny I love you
How can he mention Raising Arizona but not mention Once Upon a Time in America, Extreme Prejudice, Out for Justice,
He was so awesome in stone cold!
Feel in love with William in Empire!! He was so loving to his wife a good solid man unless you wrong to him.
He seems very approachable and friendly in real life, but does he ever play some intimidating characters !
See ya around Tracy!
great actor i liket him in 18 Shades of Dust this movie is a legend!!
Man was a damn animal as "JD" based very loosely on Pegleg Morgan in American Me!
Devils rejects part played so well
What if he was on Fox TV Series Prison Break to cast as The Warden of Fox River Prison or CO?
He's a little outlaw you can see that HI.
I know nobody is exactly like their characters, but I was expecting a way more Manny Horvitz-like guy 😅
Anyone seen “American Me”?
His portrayal of Ice Hensley was EPIC.
Stone Cold is an ok movie, but Forsythe and Henriksen were great!
loved him in out for justice.

Manny Horvitz!
he did the best portrayal of al capone in my opinion in my honest humble opinion fat angry hostile bully
JD you should’ve taken Santana’s name off the list.
This dude got pistol-whipped to death by Leo Rossi in Relentless 3!!!
