My heart breaks for this family. Their resilience, especial the mother's resilience, absolutely amazes me. What an inspiring woman!
Seeing the aftermath of what they did, going back and watching the complete lack of remorse from the other kid is sickening.
What doesn't kill you! It's amazing the amount of strength that shines out this woman.
I admire the heck out of that woman. After all that's happened, what happened to her, her husband dying, her injuries, and the ultimate betrayal of someone she raised, loved, and cared for. After all of this, she still gives it her all to take care and rehabilitate her son.

Also the other twin son of hers. He left his family downstairs while everything was happening and hid in a closet calling 911, he said on the phone he didn’t even want to check on them. Sword and scale podcast should listen to it.
Indeed, i share your sentiments. This is beyond tragic. They might not like it, if i say it, but, i cannot help but say, poor people. It makes me feel like crying. 😭😭😭😭😭

They are so strong, physically and mentally. It is so awful to kill or try to kill your parents but even worse to do it to your brother or sister. So sad. I wish this family only the best from now on. Stay strong!!!
Some parents deserve it but certainly not these ones. Seeing her smile at the end broke my heart for the simple fact that she didn’t deserve any of what happened to her and she seems so loving.
The damage those two criminals have caused. The son ruined so much. And the surviving members of the family are amazing. So strong. I wish them a very happy life. In spite of all they lost. It’s heartbreaking.
This is my niece in law and her son.

Wow, praise the Lord. You can tell how grateful this woman is and how supportive she is of her son. You can tell she's proud of her son for working hard on his recovery.

The killers were buying the "legal" OTC crap, like Spice. If pot was legal were their lived, that would not have messed with their heads in such an evil, destructive manner (on top of any socio/psychopathy they may have had). Spice, "bath salts", and other similar products are thankfully becoming banned, but new legal crap is always coming out.

I viewed a brief tik Tok on this case today, which lead me to this video. How terribly tragic and unimaginably horrific. The strength of this family is amazing.
This Mother is amazing and resilient after being brutally beaten and disfigured for the rest of her life. She's caring for her son to this day after he was also brutally beaten and left for dead as the 2 attackers moved on to kill someone else.
This is just so sad and to think that his brother was involved...

What a beautiful family! Why in the world this 1 stand out psychopath son? This case makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! Their strength & resiliency is nothing short of amazing!
Looking at a real-life hero. This young man, at the age of 17, took on two monsters attacking his father with a baseball bat. Just to show how incredibly violent of an attack he intervened in, his twin brother at 6’1” and also an athlete, ran and hid in a closet.
I do agree it was heroic for the brother to step in and help. But the other also helped by being able to hide and call 911. There could've been a real high chance that they all could have been beaten and left to die without anyone knowing.
What a wonderful woman and mother. These people are suffering. Imagine your own child plotting to kill all of your family. Lunatic kid destroyed the family.
To see this is so sad consindering the reason why this happened.
