Yui's first Tournament in 1996

Yui's first tournament in 1996 at the Chinatown Community Center basement. A lot to laugh about 20-yrs later. Lot's of mistakes made - locking arms out, over-extension of moves, generally all over the place. But took 1st place in Advance Division due to youthful energy, anger (lots of it for a reason), and having hair, LOL! Lots of familiar faces in the video - Dixon, Tony, Peter, Li-Ling, Can-Ye, Juan, and Su.

Wow, great performance. I forgot my set and was disqualified but my buddy managed to keep it together. Was so long ago!
