Here in the Rockies no one fillets trout. Pretty much because people don't know how to fillet. Nice crispy fillets are the best. Great job opening the door way! Thanks!

@thenewfoundlandoutsider6354 my oldest son is a heavy equipment mechanic. He's been to newfoundland quite a few times to Norris arm the first few times and now somewhere close to st John's. I took the course for it back 30 years ago but like operating the equipment more. Road grader is my thing .
