    I totally agree with you. People should get outdoors more and enjoy what we have. I am enjoying your videos. I hope to watch them all. Take care and stay safe.

    I did the same as you. I made my pop up into a hot tent to. Sewn a 9 x 9 fire resistant patch in the roof. Way to go. I also cut thick plastic panel and screwed to the botton of my pull sled right over the front half of the sled runners. Deep snow the sled floats a little better. I use pull poles also pulled from the hip with a backup chest strap

    I'm dying to know how that little drill powered auger works. Is it any good? How many holes can you do on a battery? And if it's any good, is there a place and type you'd recommend I go to and get? I guess it's only 4inch right?
    Oh, and is that another home made stove? I loved the video you made on that home made folding stove.

    • @thenewfoundlandoutsider6354
      @thenewfoundlandoutsider6354  3 года назад +1

      Using the drill for about 7 years now, never go back to anything else, does 12 to 15 holes on 20 volt battery. Around 20 to 25 inches of ice like we get here using just 4 inch auger from walmart

    • @jimf1964
      @jimf1964 3 года назад

      The Newfoundland Outsider Cool. I used to drill by hand, but I got a work injury in my shoulder, and it's harder now.
      So does the auger come ready to attach to a drill, or did you have to rig something up?
      I'll see if I can get one next week.

Wondering if anyone has saw this creature in modern times. Or ever heard of a beast that lives in some lake there that looks like a giant lobster. I interviewed a guy from your region and he told me of these giant lobster he saw that was white. If anyone heard of this beast or any other sightings please contact. Or leave comment. I have old photo dildo pond but nothing of today. If you like donate one. Or cresent lake so i can use in book be greatly appreciated. @@thenewfoundlandoutsider6354 Thanks. I have on new episode about giants being uploaded and on the show I show a giant unknown sea creature from Newfoundland 1800s that was not a whale, or any known living marine animal. And was a prehistoric survivor.
      Unlike most carcasses this one was fresh, the eye of the beast was still even fresh. Most amazing sea monster ever in history.
      I assure you it was not a whale.
      Not squid or dolphins, or seal. None out there could fit this beast, except a dinosaur fish.
      I first got this photo from my mom in the 60s, she saw it in the 40s in a families home on their wall in a plaque the original paper and been fascinated by this monster and a few other carcass that shows some sea monsters really do and did exist.
