After owning several of all three….the Chevy is definitely the best truck. They’re all good, but the ford has electrical issues every 5 seconds and the Toyota will cost you the amount of a Chevy every 3-4 months in gas

Definitely, they each have strong points. But I’m on my 5th silverado, if that tells you anything. I get a new truck every 1-1.5 years and I’ve decided at this point to just stick with Chevy/gmc. They just hold up better than other trucks. I take them into hunting/fishing places that most people wouldn’t try and they never let me down. The fords I’ve had all had window/dash/ignition coil problems, and the Toyotas were awesome, except for getting 15 mpg average. The chev/gmc 1500s with 5.3 from 2014-2018 are my favorite. 22mpg average on 33” tires and reliable as can be. I also have a 2001 suburban 2500 with 190k miles on her that’s running strong and does everything I ask her to without issue

Cooking tip, if you want your pan nice and hot put it in the hot coals first, once hot transfer to the grate and build up the fire a bit but not too much, just control the heat. Keep practicing this and eventually, you will know the size of fire you need to cook the food correctly, practice makes perfect.

We live in northwestern Ontario, have tons of fish and wild game, always loved the grouse nuggets and moose burgers with bannock! When seeing risers like you did here you could consider trying a dry dropper rig, where your dry fly doubles down as an indicator and fly. Add a wet fly or nymph on the bottom and you'll double your chances. Keep doing what you're doing!
