Love the backpacking content! Been here a long time and always glad to see you branching out into other stuff to go along with fishing since the adventure to the water is half the fun. Tight lines bro! 🤙🏼🎣
OUTSTANDING!!! The rugged scenery, colorful trout, and catch and cook at the end was bomb. Definitely down for another backpacking adventure cuz you knocked this one out the ballpark bro! LIKE BUTTON SMASHED!
Pretty cool rock formations along that creek. Does it get flooded out during the rainy season? You should get your self a pair of these. Makes letting fish go way easier and easier on the fish. Just clip them to your jacket or shirt and they are there when yo need them. CRAZY SHARK Straight Fishing Forceps Stainless Steel Unhooking Hook Removing Pliers
I am jealous that you are out fishing in short sleeves. It is currently 32° with a "real feel" of 25° here in Maine. I hope I can get out soon to start catching fish. Beautiful scenery there in that canyon. We don't really have that type of topography in Maine.
Great video and awesome fishing!! Watching this while on a boring college Zoom lecture. It makes me want to go on a camping fishing trip like this. What state do you live in?
find you a good fiberglass fly rod! Temple Fork Outfitters makes a fantastic rod for the money. glass rods are typically shorter and i’d argue more fun to catch fish on!
Hey bro- try gutting the fish, pulling the head backwards and it will pull the head, skin and everything off…then cut the tail. Way easier!!! Love the videos. Keep killing it it!
Do you pack any backup when backpacking? I've been fishing many parts of RMNP for some time now. Two occasions I've seen a cat while unarmed. Never will do another trip without a piece.
Brown trout absolutely love those powerbait jigs as well. However, i have lost quite a few nice browns on them as the hooks seem to bend easily. I stopped using them cause i was sick of losing nice fish.
Are the waders you are wearing in this video White River Fly Shop Hip Waders? If so, what do you think of them? I was just looking at a pair of them on Cabela's website.
Get a UL Backpack and Nissin Pocket Mini V3 300 - 11ft of furled line and 2ft of 7x Tippet. Lots of fun and very effective with dry, wet flies, or nymphs.
You’ve got a good point but if you’re being smart you can approach in basically anyway you want, definitely better to work up stream though most of the time in my experience
I just always wonder who built all those trails all over the west. Seems like it’d be more exciting to just take off. I’d be afraid of a flash flood down in that canyon.
If your wanting to get into backpacking I go to the Uintas all the time. Feel free to reach out and I’ll give some tips and maybe put something together. Always looking for more fishing buddies.
@bassntroutfishing I watched you over and over not dip your hand. Your attitude is so wrong. Lifting with your right hand and grabbing it with your left. You're lying to me now. If you don't care about it I will un subscribe your channel and recommend other people to do the same.
@@UntilTheAdventureEnds asking what state someone lives in is very different than asking where they’re fishing. Guess your brain is much too small to understand that🤣🤣🤣 you’re a clown kid.
Just saw you’ve got a video where you knowingly go out without a license and get confronted by a warden, so not only do you try to poach dudes spots but you are actually poaching as well because your fishing illegally, wonder how often you do that. Grow up and do things the right way, you’re a middle aged man with the intelligence of a 15 year old boy.
My boy, make more backpacking fishing videos !
Three beauties, the scenery, the trout and the man bringing us these top tier fishing videos.
Dude you are almost at 40k subs!! ive been here since you had like 200!!!
Love the clearer stream. Flowing through the cave like scenery. Mountain on one side was ossom. Views were a explores dream.

Upper this time nice!. Was out there last Monday. A couple California city slickers got triggered about me catching fish. 😂
So fricking awesome how good these bass tube jigs work for Trout. I would have never thought.
Let's goo another spinning rod video
Id like to him fly fish more in creeks, best way to go for trout in my opinion, and the most fun
I love that you're throwing flies with a spinning rod. That's awesome. This is the first video I've watched of yours. Love this channel. Subbed.

You should do some dry fly fishing for those gems
Thank you so much for possibly listening to my suggestion about an camping catch & cook. Love the content!!

NIcely done. I love the geologic rock formation on that side of the creek

Get yourself a 8’ or 7’6” Fly Rod for streams/creeks. And for those tube baits I use 2Lb or ultra thin braid. 6Lb is too heavy for those baits.
Nice video, btw any tips for sprng bass or trout fishing?
for where im from trout season opens on april 15th and im hyped!

Awesome job!!! What a cool spot to fish.
Is that ultralight gear? Didn’t seem like it. If not it would def be a lot more fun on. Ultralight and 1000 reel.
Beautiful catches man!
Do you carry personal protection when you go. I would
love your videos
The scenery reminds me of my river. The only thing i fish for walleye and goldeye
What an amazing area to fish…and all to yourself! Never tell anyone lol
Your new truck ok ?
If everyone watches the full ad he’ll make a little more money
Ok
They gotta make money somehow
@@JESTER_Garage I know that’s why I’m saying it’s good to watch at least 30 seconds
The old Silverado is good luck!

I LIKE YOUR CAP BRO.
Bro, can you please tell me where you’re catching these i’ve always wanted to catch a cutthroat
Is this in California?
What’s the name of the green lure?!
Tube jig ,Berkley makes those but you can use any 1.5 inch pan fish tube on a jig head .
We’re is this canyon at
Super 😊
Research a tenkara fly rod, perfect your that place
It sure is a pretty stream. Beautiful cutthroat.
What’s the name of that lure
Indonesia hadir bosqu nyimak 🇮🇩👍💪
I've only been watching this channel for a few months now. What state is he in/usually in?
california i think
I bet those jokers would annihilate live crickets.
I believe I asked you before to wet your hand before holding a fresh trout. They need the slime to protect their health.
Go hug a tree
2 seconds won’t hurt them
Welllll I did wet my hands but whatever I really don’t care what you think. And I believe no one asked you anyway!👍🏼

@ElijahMcgeorge More than 2 seconds. I saw many slide off of his hand
