We call it the "moose horn" and it has an old shed fastened to a nearby tree that was given to me by a close friend. It's nice to just stop in once in a while, light the stove, have a brew, and a bite to eat. We are blessed for sure!
Some good to see a bit of home from up the mainland. Nothing better than being up in the woods, especially with a good scoff of moose. Window should be whichever direction will let in most light through the day. South facing wall will get most of morning till night.

As an avid outdoorsman, I always enjoy your great content. Watching from my humble retirement cabin here in NW Ontario. The table turned out great, definately looks better then the plastic one. Having built more then one remote cabin, I'd definitely install the window in the wall, cause skylights always end up leaking over time. Your moose rack artwork is beautiful! Keep the great content coming!
