If you’re referring to Dio from Jojo, sorry but that’s incorrect. Nephrite is voiced by Liam O’Brien while Dio is voiced by Patrick Seitz, who actually is in this show, but he plays Kunzite instead. (Unless you mean another Dio, in which case, my bad)

The reasons why DiC/Cloverway dub faded into obscurity was because many American Sailor Moon fans were offended seeing Sailor Moon got butchered due to censorship back in the day. Viz Media listened to their fans, and it seems that Viz Media wants people to move on from the past, and watch the Viz Media dub for a true Sailor Moon experience.
Except the fact you and I both know that the Viz dub altered and censored the show on countless occasions, and was extremely unpolished. The fact you are still trying to convince yourself otherwise with these long paragraphs of nonsense, and still to this day, despite being educated by me many times, is severely disturbing. I hope one day you will come to your senses, but I honestly have little hope for you.
