Regarding the "half portion of guac" I would actually recommend not doing that because they charge you the exact same amount for a little bit of guac as they do for a full serving of guac. My suggestion is to get the guac on the side and then add as much or as little as you want and maybe even share that "on the side guac" with another person to save money.
Thumbs up if you like LEARNING! I think the best thing we can do for our health is educate ourselves. I don’t ever want to tell people what to do, I want to encourage people to make their OWN choices about what is right for them! I know we may be a nerdy community because we like to learn, but I think that makes us so awesome!! I love you all! Let me know your favorite Chipotle order below :)
Mind Over Munch I used to eat burritos but it was too messy. Now i eat brown rice, black beans, barbacoa, hot and mild sauce, corn, and lettuce. Some Days i can eat in one sitting but usually i save the rest for dinner or snack. lol
I love this video! I make it to Chipotle about three times a year, so I go all in with a burrito :) The "ingredient statement" on the Chipotle website says that their vinaigrette uses Rice Bran Oil, which I think is more unsaturated than saturated. Any thoughts to share on that particular type of oil or the other ingredients they list for the dressing?
I get a barbecoa salad, no vinaigrette, no rice. Black beans, fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn salsa, and hot salsa. I always thought I was being super healthy with my options, excluding the cheese and sour cream, but after this video I realized just how much sodium the salsas have in it!
Omg ! Just got back from lunch and I tried the first one...I have never had the green chili sauce but tried it and hot dog, I like it more than the fresh salsa! Thank you Alyssia :D
I know how you feel. The way I'm going to handle it is by weening myself off of different food items. I usually only eat half or 3/4's of my bowl at once, but I was told I don't eat enough through the day so I'm maintaining fat and losing muscle. So I'm cutting the cheese or sour cream first. Or go back and forth. Then, I'm going to remove them both completely. My brain thinks that guac is a good substitute, but I now understand that the amount we get is too much, so I'll start asking for it on the side. I very rarely get chips but I am guilty of queso on my bowl. If I do get chips, it's usually the teenie tiny baby bag and I don't eat it in one sitting. Only if I'm hungry later. I hope that helps. I know this was 4 years ago, but still.
you know it's because of your videos I am particular about the type of sweeteners I consume and even breakfast Cereals! your education videos are life savers! can't believe you get negative comments!
That is so amazing, thank you! Honestly, this community is overall REALLY supportive, I feel quite lucky!! But of course those haters will always be there. I try to combat them when I can lol :)
Thank you for this ! ❤️️ don't even bother with the people that hate on you for these videos! We come to your channel to educate ourselves on feeding our body what's right, and if they don't like it they don't have to watch it.
I usually prefer making my Chipotle bowls at home. That way I can control how much salt goes into my food, I can use lactose free cheese, plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and also I can add as much guac as I want without being charged extra lol
Chipotle is definitely a go to for me! One of the best places I always have left-overs for. And if you don't get meat or sofritas then the guac is free.
Thanks so much, great ideas! I do have a similar video for Panera, it's quite old so the quality is not as prime lol but it delivers the information :) It's linked in the description of this video.
WHOA THAT SODIUM CONTENT IS UNREAL =O The pico de gallo sodium level is RIDICULOUS, I definitely will be skipping that in the future. Thanks so much for the breakdown, and props for the odd looks I'm sure you guys got for asking for all these ingredients separately from Chipotle XD
The Viet Vegan I work @ Chipotle and we get fresh tomatoes + put in 2 tablespoons of salt per batch, I usually put in less. I don’t believe it’s actually that much. as someone who works there + makes the food, I have no idea how we squeeze in so much sodium
The amount of sodium Chipotle uses is the reason I won’t go there anymore. It was causing me to have high blood pressure. I don’t workout everyday. Just 5-6 days a week:)
Your understanding of the balance between macros, calories, sugar, sodium, and most of all satiation is excellent! What's your background? You've got a new subscriber!
Thank you! I am a fitness trainer so I have some basic nutrition education, but my degree was actually in graphic design :) I just have a huge passion for health, nutrition, and especially new nutritional science and information :) Welcome to the channel!
I am living for that disclaimer. Can we have the camera zooming in impending-ly on Alyssia's face on every video, please? Thanks. And you know what, since I'm here, this is my ultimate Chipotle order: White rice (although I'm trying to enjoy brown rice, I hated it as a child) Chicken, sometimes, otherwise no meat Black beans Fresh tomato salsa AND corn salsa Lettuce Guac Cheese I never get chips on the side because it takes me anywhere between an hour and an entire day to finish a Chipotle bowl.
That's why you use the to-go boxes. I never understand people who complain about too much food. Only eat until you're satisfied. It's actually a great value that they provide as much food as they do, for the price that they do it in.
I think that chipotle is a great tool for athletes and bodybuilders. good, clean food and plenty of the nutrients that are most important for those people. but, as always, in moderation
You are so great!! I love this. The other day, I was explaining to a friend why I meal prep most of my food and prefer not to eat out too frequently, and they asked me "why don't you just get the healthier options?" and this is the perfect example! Even when you do get the healthier options, you're still not being as "healthy" as you could making a burrito bowl at home where you have control over the sodium and other things going into your meal. Thank you so much for all of your awesome eating awareness :)
Yes it can be hard to find "healthier" options, and it isn't always as healthy as what we could make for ourselves!! So glad this video was helpful for you :) thanks so much for your feedback & support!
Moe's is my absolute favorite place! I can get a 10-inch burrito with steak, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled green peppers, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream for just 427 calories! It also has 29 grams of protein! 670 milligrams of sodium, which I personally don't think is *too* bad as I only drink water - and a lot of it. Thank you for this eye-opening video!
Alyssia, I just wanted to say how I appreciate your videos . This year my daughter was diagnosed with a dairy allergy. A month later, we found out that I have high cholesterol. During my search on "what to eat" I found your youtube channel. It and you are so helpful! Thanks for making the "science of food" fun and relevant! I've lost 4lbs so far! Thanks for inspiring me!
I'm so glad you've found the channel helpful! Thank you for sharing the feedback, and congratulations on your progress and success so far! You have inspired me!!
haha, that WOULD BE hard. Actually I started one for olive garden about a year ago and it really was quite challenging... the sodium mostly! I will have to revisit that, thanks for the suggestion :)
Loved this! I work at Chipotle, and people always come up and ask what the healthiest options are (especially when it comes to rice), to which I say "It depends on what you want and need!". Also, we recently switched to preservative free burrito tortillas, which is great for people who are concerned about that sort of thing. Thanks for the video!
My usual order here at Chipotlé is a Burrito Bowl is brown rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, double chicken, cheese, lettuce, and fresh tomato salsa.
I wish we had Chipotle where I live :( but then again, I can always make my own :) Great video, Alyssia, one of the best recently, definitely do more and more educational vids, those are the longest and most entertaining :)
Thank you so much! I am so glad you enjoyed it and appreciate the feedback- I get nervous about doing longer videos, but sometimes I just think the information needs enough time to be delivered appropriately! :) Thanks for sticking around!
Thank you soooooooo much for the article you send via email about eating out. I eat out nearly every day for work... networking with vendors, taking clients out, losing track of time and needing a quick bite... The tips where such great ideas and easy to include in my schedule. New subscriber but I think I will be sticking around. Great videos each time.
I'm so glad the newsletter was helpful for you! I love to eat out so I've done my fair share of field research, ha - it is possible to make healthy choices!! Very happy to have you here in this community :) thank you so much for your feedback!
I love my veggie burrito bowl! Brown rice (half the normal amount), double up on the veggie fajita, black beans (they've told me the pinto beans are cooked with some animal fat), and now I'm bummed about the amount of sodium in the fresh tomato salsa. :-(
What about the essential amino acids (found in animal products) and dairy and eggs. Those are all very nutritious. The oldest living lady ate eggs and bacon everyday.
Great educational video! Thing I like about Chipotle is that even though it can add up quickly (which really didn't know until I watched your fast food video) most of the ingredients are whole and pretty good for you. I prefer that over a lower calorie McDonalds meal personally. Also, you can get half rice?
I love this! I think we have all fallen into a trap with thinking "healthier" fast food options mean the food healthy, when in reality it can be just as bad as going to any other fast food place. I am so glad that more places are making the nutritional values available. I have quickly learned what I am comfortable eating and what I'm not. Once I figured out that my typical order at a Chipotle type place was around 800 calories, I quickly decided I could do better.
I have been watching your videos and I have learned so much. I've recently started working out and changing bad habits and creating good ones. Your videos have helped in that journey so far. What got me started was your video on protein bars. I have hypoproteinemia so I try to eat high protein foods. The Quest bars were an outstanding recommendation. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
I am so glad you are enjoying the channel and learning! You should be proud of your journey! The fact that you WANT to learn puts you ahead :) Happy to have you here! Thank you for the kind words!
Mind Over Munch Definitely was a good recommendation. One thing that makes me sad is they don't have any Vegan options where you've made some here (thank you for that). - Eggplant Tofu dish they have, along with the chow mein, all the rices and everything else contains chicken stock (when I last asked for a print out before I went plant based for my own health, environment, animals). - Thank you again for making these videos. 💚👍
Dain Laguna I agree. (I left a comment about my experience with Panda only because any animal by product never agreed with stomach, so it made it easier to go to basics, tried milk, got sick again, tried easier digestive meats, sicker. Same with eggs. So that's why I went plant based, sorry if I seemed pushy asking for her options to show more Vegan ideas if she can just that Panda doesn't have them, at least the ones I've been to here). Have a wonderful day!
I usually order a veggie bowl (I’m vegan) lettuce, rice, black beans, fajita onions(no green peppers) - I ask them nicely to just pick out the onions. Pico de gallo, green salsa, lettuce and guacamole. Sometimes I have lettuce with the vinaigrette. I try to stick with the brown rice and it’s not easy I love the white rice. Wow!! The tortilla has that much of the bad stuff!! I’m amazed at how much calories and sodium all this stuff has. Thnx.
As a vegan who is also a Chipotle employee, I can assure you that all of Chipotle's standard menu offerings are vegan excepting the meats (chicken, steak, chorizo, barbacoa, carnitas), the dairy (sour cream and cheese), and the vinaigrette (honey is used as the sweetener). Everything else is suitable for a plant based diet. I would also highly recommend the sofritas. It's our organic tofu, cut into cubes and fried, then shredded and braised in an adobo sauce with peppers, garlic, and onion. It is SO GOOD.
Wow! last time I was here was when the video of healthy alternatives at fast food places and I have to say the presentation of your videos absolutely blow me away and are making certainly stay around.
If you workout a lot. Those calories are actually good for building muscle. If you're just trying to eat healthy at Chipotle then cutting down calories is a must.
I would love to see a video going more in depth about macros and what a typical day may look like for you! love all of your videos! oh ad keeping with the restaurant theme, maybe a restaurant like Panera
thanks for the suggestion! I don't personally track macros, but I have shared some what I eat in a day videos in the past, including what I eat when going out :) I also do have a similar video for Panera, it's quite old so the quality is not as prime lol but it delivers the information :) It's linked in the description of this video.
I love this thank you very much for your hard work to put this together! I cook most of my own meals even "restaurant favorites" at home but occasionally as a family we are out and about and to eat out is the easier option. This really helps. I often ask for less portion sizes than what they so heavy handily plop on my plate and they look at me like I have two heads! My health is important. I have lost 25lbs just changing what and how eat. focusing on lower calories, carbs, sugars fats and cholesterol. Your channel is right up my alley!
I love how this video is focused on FUEL. Balancing the nutrients so you take in what you need in order to not feel hungry. As opposed to the mainstream way of thinking where people will say "rice is just bad don't get it cuz carbs are just bad" for example. Very informational
samantha bednar I always say, if I add salt, there's nothing on it. almost everything I get at restaurants tastes way too salty for me. I'm just too sensitive when it comes to it. When I make fries at home, I don't even add salt to them.
Amelia Ryczek actually, I work at chipotle currently and make vinaigrettes everyday. we only use sunflower oil to fry our chips and hard taco shells. vinaigrette is made with bran oil.
What a great video, thank you. I almost always get a veggie bowl with fajita veggies and guac, but I had no idea that the fresh tomato salsa was so high in sodium.
This video is so helpful, We have a work lunch, Where Chipotle is catering & this information makes my decision so much easier! Thanks so much for the info!
Anyone else going on a mind over munch marathon and a liking spree? Side note! where did you get that amazing white and gold pineapple thing??? Pineapples are my Aesthetic
Hi Alyssia! How do you feel about the sofritas at Chipotle? I usually only get brown rice and black beans, but are the sofritas worth it nutritionally?
I'd suggest using the tips I shared in the video, as well as doing your own research to determine for yourself :) Tofu can be a great plant based source of protein. I personally prefer a meat choice to the sofritas because they are pretty high in sodium and fat compared to the meat choices, and lower in protein. Some people also try to stay away from soy. It's your call! If you love the sofritas then it could be worth it for you to add them for that reason alone :)
Omg thank you!!!! This has really helped. All three of these taste really wonderful. It has really helped me while trying to lose weight. I also like the idea of the two meals instead of one.
This video is absolutely awesome! I didn't know most of the information in this video. I truly appreciate this video. Keep up the stellar work and I would love to see this video turns into a series. 🍍
Oh My God!! The Tacos!! Why didn't I think of that?? I love your videos precisely because of all this USEFUL and FACTUAL information. Thanks! You Rock!
I legit love your videos! they are so well done I know they take so much time. I'm still trying to wrap myself around eating healthier but every time I watch your videos you make me feel like I can actually do it
Holy guacamole!!! You totally "schooled" me!!! I thought I was making a healthy choice just choosing Chipotle!!! Ha!!! If you had to choose a fast food place to eat, where would it be and what would you have??? I need help in this area!!! Seriously!!!
Thanks for making a video like this! I watched your sushi and panera videos a few days ago and loved them as well! I've been counting my calories on and off for the past 15 years or so. I also do it to make sure I'm eating foods with enough Iron, Fiber, Calcium. Sodium is important, too. Every time I eat out (or eat high sodium foods: olives, frozen meals, etc) and my sodium level increases, I feel it immediately in my gut- it just expands like crazy. It makes me retain water, of course, so I'm stuck drinking water and having to do exercises that help me de-puff.
1. Healthly does not mean low calorie, nor does low fat means its healthly 2. Nice job with not putting the total macros, and putting fat, further perpetuating the idea fat is bad( yes, believe it or not, all the info you put is taken in). Fat is needed for joint health and test levels in men. 3. Chicken and steak DO NOT ,from said nutrition info, have the same macros, i would very much choose chicken for the boosted protein i get per serving. Again, LOW CALORIE DOESNT MEAN HEALTHY. 4. Videos like this is why i still see 23 year old amercian girls going crazy over various food fads, and end up having ED. Thank god for your Disclaimer, cuz god knows you need it.
Christian Craig Well Chipotle Powder is pretty hard to find here. I almost never order out anyway, too expensive and unhealthy. I make a few Mexican style dishes - Nachos, Burritos and Chilli con Carne. I also make my own Taco Seasoning! Mexican food is awesome.
I admittedly haven't watched your videos in about a year (I forgot haha!) but can I just say WOW. The quality and information is superb and so much improved. You are doing a great job.
Thanks for this!! We eat Chipotle often because of their fresh ingredients and options. We're on the Ketogenic Diet so we go for higher fat, moderate protein, extremely low carbs (and on,y from veggies). We need more sodium (3,000 mg per day) than others because of the nature of our diet.
Great tip, thanks!!
If you get a veggie salad like the one that was shown as healthy meal #2, the guacamole is free!
Sonia Ali you're right. We still have to charge that 1.95 for that 2oz portion of gauc your best bet is to put it on the side and save for later
or you can just order a bowl like the one she showed and split it with a friend (don't get chips of course)
Good idea!!

Me: eating Chipotle everyday.
Her: too much sodium!
Me: eating chipotle everyday.
Facts😂
Now I want 11 cinnamon rolls.
me too!
J Pearce who doesn't? Cinnamon rolls are delicious 😍
J Pearce me too but not 11 Lol. I’d want 2. Too much sweet makes me feel weird.
Yep! 🤦🏾♀️😂
Ikr lmao 😂

You could make this at home for half the sodium. Then all dreams are realized.
I dont give f about calories I add everything to get my monies worth

I usually prefer making my Chipotle bowls at home. That way I can control how much salt goes into my food, I can use lactose free cheese, plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and also I can add as much guac as I want without being charged extra lol
such a great alternative, and Greek yogurt is totally the way to go for a sour cream sub!!
I’m totally with you on that account. It’s also cheaper for the amount you get.
Chipotle is definitely a go to for me! One of the best places I always have left-overs for. And if you don't get meat or sofritas then the guac is free.
that's a great tip! Thank you! :)
Molly Tesler guacamole is only free with a veggie entree not a sofritas entree
@@ie2693 That's what he said...

Please do Panera next!!
Thanks so much, great ideas! I do have a similar video for Panera, it's quite old so the quality is not as prime lol but it delivers the information :) It's linked in the description of this video.
Panera has made a clean sweep of their menu, removing artificial sweeteners, additives, etc. Might be time to do another video for them...
Yeah Panera

Also I shared this with my partner and his response was: "Why you gotta tell me this stuff??" hahah oops.

Black beans

Lettuce
Guac
Cheese
I never get chips on the side because it takes me anywhere between an hour and an entire day to finish a Chipotle bowl.

great suggestion, Cheesecake Factory is very deceiving!

If I eat chipotle that's the only thing I'm eating for the whole day. I never get chips and I get a Coke Zero.
if it's enough food for you that's nice!
Me too! I’ve stayed in great shape with that method lol
Coke zero isn't a good choice
I do intermittent fasting one meal a day and this is my one meal a day lol
Bro idk why but when is started eating chipotle it’s only thing I eat all day and been in way. Better shape
Good or bad idea to eat Chipotle everyday for bfast, lunch, dinner for 30 days?
Thank you for expanding my knowledge on Chipotle. I'm so excited to try some of these new combos next time.
so glad you enjoyed, thanks!

I always get a burrito bowl with whatever I want (usually no sour cream/cheese) and then eat half of it and save the other half for the next day
Macky Schmit I couldn't eat the whole bowl in one setting if I tried.
@Lit Videos Lol.
This is literally the most helpful RUclips Channel there is!
Wow this really opened my eyes.
so glad you found it useful, thanks!
Salad bowl (or brown rice bowl but adds almost 210 cals tho) w sofritas, veggies, green salsa, and guac. Realllyyyyy good!
I eat chipotle three times a week for years I can never stop
I have been watching your videos and I have learned so much. I've recently started working out and changing bad habits and creating good ones. Your videos have helped in that journey so far. What got me started was your video on protein bars. I have hypoproteinemia so I try to eat high protein foods. The Quest bars were an outstanding recommendation. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
I am so glad you are enjoying the channel and learning! You should be proud of your journey! The fact that you WANT to learn puts you ahead :) Happy to have you here! Thank you for the kind words!
I love how you put everything in such great perspective! Loved this video!
I track all my macros and this video just made me realize that I can have 2 tacos at chipotle. YOU'RE A LIFE SAVOR.
hahaha woohoo!
Could you do panda express
thanks for the suggestion!
Mind Over Munch Yes! Panda Express, please!
I think you're going to be hard pressed to find something healthy there. But I'd love to see her come up with something!
Thnx.
I would love to see how to make meals from fast food restaurants vegetarian!!
oh great idea, thanks!
Check out Supreme Banana, she makes a lot of videos of veganized fast food, which isn't quite the same, but could be adjusted to meet your needs!
"Fab Lunch" has a DIY vegan chipotle bowl on her channel and it is so delicious and easy to make
As a vegan who is also a Chipotle employee, I can assure you that all of Chipotle's standard menu offerings are vegan excepting the meats (chicken, steak, chorizo, barbacoa, carnitas), the dairy (sour cream and cheese), and the vinaigrette (honey is used as the sweetener).
That's amazing, thank you! So glad to know we're making progress, and thanks for sticking around with us! :)
If you workout a lot. Those calories are actually good for building muscle. If you're just trying to eat healthy at Chipotle then cutting down calories is a must.
Another Thursday, another great video. These are some great Chipotle meals and some great tips.
Thank you very much!
How do you mess up Pico de gallo like that Chipotle?
😂
I love this thank you very much for your hard work to put this together! I cook most of my own meals even "restaurant favorites" at home but occasionally as a family we are out and about and to eat out is the easier option. This really helps. I often ask for less portion sizes than what they so heavy handily plop on my plate and they look at me like I have two heads! My health is important. I have lost 25lbs just changing what and how eat. focusing on lower calories, carbs, sugars fats and cholesterol. Your channel is right up my alley!
So glad this video is helpful for you and your family! Happy to have you in this community :)
Yay! I was being healthy by only eating five cinnamon rolls!!! (J/k)
LOL! Trust me, I've been there...
I love how this video is focused on FUEL. Balancing the nutrients so you take in what you need in order to not feel hungry. As opposed to the mainstream way of thinking where people will say "rice is just bad don't get it cuz carbs are just bad" for example. Very informational
Chipotle's chips are WAY too salty for me, so I'm glad you said that as one of the things to leave out lol
I agree, even if it is tasty it is quite salty! They could still make great food with less sodium.
I agree, I can't even eat them normally because they're way too salty for me.
samantha bednar I always say, if I add salt, there's nothing on it. almost everything I get at restaurants tastes way too salty for me. I'm just too sensitive when it comes to it. When I make fries at home, I don't even add salt to them.
We don't even have a Chipotle where I live, but I still love watching these videos!
That's amazing! Thanks for watching :)
Why not cover the nutritional info of sofritas for vegetarians?
I'm shocked it wasn't in there
For real, it had lower calories than the steak. And it's cheaper lol
Andrea Orbegozo I don't believe It was an option at the time of recording this video
You made this video so professionally and education based! It's amazing and your camera is great too. Thanks!
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed! :)
I used to work at chipotle, the vinaigrette is made with sunflower oil, just FYI.
thanks for letting me know!
Amelia Ryczek actually, I work at chipotle currently and make vinaigrettes everyday. we only use sunflower oil to fry our chips and hard taco shells. vinaigrette is made with bran oil.
Christina is correct. We use rice bran oil.
love your content as a health care provider. Also I love the way you say "whoozer" so cute :) you are doing amazing work-keep it up.
What a great video, thank you. I almost always get a veggie bowl with fajita veggies and guac, but I had no idea that the fresh tomato salsa was so high in sodium.
It is surprising!
Mind Over Munch what is it? A cookie jar?
Caylie B I don't think so I saw it at TJ Maxx also and it wasnt
I hate it when restaurants don’t tell you ingredients and nutritional facts. I really appreciate that chipotle is so transparent.
I also like the idea of the two meals instead of one.
so glad you enjoyed, thank you!
hey ! can challenge you to do a "zero waste" episode? love you
thanks for the suggestion!
gabrielle dubois love it!! Soo hard but I know Alyssia could do it!!
gabrielle dubois you can say no bag for the burrito
Great video. Planning to go to chipotle for lunch tomorrow. This video made me look forward to it even more.
I'm glad you found some useful information here! :)
That was a great video, you should do one for Olive Garden or Red Lobster 👍🏻
Thanks for the suggestions!
Rachel Goodall yesss Red Lobster is terrible I feel like. Both of those restaurants I don't know if there's anything healthy!!
Your educational videos are my fave. I would love to see this as a series with different food places like Panda Express, Subway, Panera, etc..
Yay that's so awesome to hear, thank you! I appreciate the suggestions, too! :)
Those healthy options look SOOO good!!! Wish Chipotle was in Ireland! 😔💕
Maybe one day!! Thank you :)
They have it in London! I guess that’s a quick hour plane ride away, which I would totally be guilty of doing 😰
These videos are the best since I like to eat out once in a while but want to stay within my goals
YAY so happy this video is helpful for you! :)
Where did you get that pineapple? It's so cute!!
I think at TJ Maxx or Home Goods! :)
This video is absolutely awesome! I didn't know most of the information in this video. I truly appreciate this video. Keep up the stellar work and I would love to see this video turns into a series. 🍍
I am so glad you found it helpful! Thank you for watching!
This video is gold!!👌🏻
Oh My God!! The Tacos!! Why didn't I think of that?? I love your videos precisely because of all this USEFUL and FACTUAL information. Thanks! You Rock!
Ha I'm so glad this video was useful for you, thank you! :)
you have done brilliant job
Thank you!
I legit love your videos! they are so well done I know they take so much time. I'm still trying to wrap myself around eating healthier but every time I watch your videos you make me feel like I can actually do it
Thank you, I appreciate that so much! And you absolutely CAN do it! Glad you find some motivation here :)
guac is full of healthy fats though
Rumbi Grill! I love your videos! I have five kids and one on the way and your videos are helping me teach my kids how to eat right!
Thank you so much!! So glad this channel is helpful for you, and amazing that you're actively teaching your kids about healthy eating! So awesome!! :)
My pleasure! So glad it was helpful for you! Sodium is absolutely something we need to watch out for, especially when eating out!
no Chipotle in my area :( how about taco bell! Or let's go Italian and stop and hubby's fave Olive Garden for all you can eat soup and salad!
oh yum! Thanks for the suggestions :)
This is the coolest channel about food/health!
thank you!
On the back end why would anyone pay $6 for a salad at chipotle, couldn't you just make it yourself at that point lol
HA so true!!
Thanks a trillion...you hit the ball out the park with this restaurant /video. love it and will be making more healthier choices going forward!
I miss the 'what I eat in a day' series 😭
I hope to do more soon! :)
Mind Over Munch me too!
Loved the video please more context like this is much needed ❤️
Dude I work at Chipotle 😂 all of our stuff is jam packed with sodium, for the most part
Love your videos! Always such high quality and you can tell you put so much effort and thought into what you do! Awesome information on nutrition
Thank you, that means so much to hear! So glad this info is useful for you :)
1. Healthly does not mean low calorie, nor does low fat means its healthly
Thank you so much for making this video! I go to Chipotle 1-2x per month so I greatly appreciate being made aware of healthier options!
So glad this video was useful for you!! :)
Wish we had Chipotle's in UK :(
I'm so sorry!
I actually ate at chipotle in london. There are like three restaurants.
Menno Mii Hey you're right! Might stop by if i'm close to one, now I know what to order.
rickenfatania Just make it yourself trust me it tastes pretty much the same, the best part is the experience
Thank you so much! Happy to have you back :) We've been upping our game lol so I hope you can check out some of our recent stuff! Cheers
People used to fight wars over salt and getting as much food as possible, now we make these silly videos lmao
Andrew Pagakis so true
I love that you made this video and chipotle has such big portions that I only eat half of what I order and eat the rest for another meal.
that's great!
Subway. Great video
Thank you, and thanks for the suggestion! :)
Love your channel. You're easy to listen to. Thank you for your videos , they are fantastic !
Subway!!!
Cool thanks for the suggestion! :)
Thanks for this!! We eat Chipotle often because of their fresh ingredients and options. We're on the Ketogenic Diet so we go for higher fat, moderate protein, extremely low carbs (and on,y from veggies). We need more sodium (3,000 mg per day) than others because of the nature of our diet.
great point, thanks for sharing!
Chick-fil-a please!!
Thanks for the suggestion!
oh my goodness, i can't believe you replied! I love your videos and have learned so much! Great job!
