grim dark is what describes warhammer 40k. we play as ultra marine one of the 12 founding leagions there are more, we are part of big papa smurf (primarch roboute guilliman) happy family of super soldiers base around his gene seed. and we kill HERETICS AND XENOS SCUM. FOR THE EMPEROR!!
Brother, there are 18 first founding legions, if ya only count the loyalist there are 9 :D
