I personally don't like how too high windshields look like, I was stoked that the stock tinted one wasn't ugly.

What site can you purchase the seat cowl
Is the license plate holder for the 2021+ model suitable for the 2024 model? here in Italy the license plate holders haven't shown up yet. ty

Im Moment sind die Bremshebel nicht kompatibel, deswegen gibt es noch keine mit ABE

Hey, ich habe mir ebenso den kurzen Kennzeichenhalter von CTC Bikeparts bestellt, gab es beim Montieren bei dir irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten, habe gehört, dass man das ganze Heck auseinanderschrauben muss, stimmt dies? Danke für die Hilfe
Du musst sie jeden Fall das Heck auseinander bauen, egal was du montierst! Kann kompliziert sein wenn man sich nicht auskennt.
The bike comes with those stickers on the tires? I ordered mine in black but forgot to ask if it came with them originally.
They are on by default but I changed them already! You will see that in my next video
The black version has less stickers, more on minimalist style. The red one though, the race style.

Do you recommend this bike over the R7? for the weight which is quite high what do you think?
Both very different bikes, the R7 is more like a supersport, which one do you like better?

Hey Akai! Cooles Video. Nur eine Frage noch zum Kennzeichenhalter: Bei dem Halter bei Minute 1:54 von CTC Bikeparts kann man unter dem Reiter "Zubehör" auch ein Adapterkabel für die Halterung kaufen. Braucht man dieses Kabel oder reicht der Kennzeichenhalter (Mit der Option "Für Originalblinker") aus? Ich will nicht unnötigerweise das Adapterkabel mitbestellen
Servus und danke! Das Kabel wird benötigt, unbedingt die originalen Blinker Aufnahmen bestellen, damit sind nur die Befestigungen gemeint.
Hab meine 2024 Cbr600rr heute abgeholt. Deine Top 5 stimmen mit meinen überein. Ich verstehe bis heute nicht warum bei nem Motorrad soviel noch in Silber ist.

I don’t think you can without damaging the exhaust
Ich habe Windshields gesucht und ein paar auch gekauft aber für die Rennstrecke hat mich nichts überzeugt, so habe ich mir schlussendlich die Frontscheibe selber gebaut. Das Problem der 650er ist der Tank, dem fehlt die Einbuchtung für den Helm, resp. der Zündschlüssel der im Weg ist um mit dem Kopf über den Lenkkopf zu kommen.
Die original Scheibe ist zu tief und jede Bubble Scheibe oder Racing-Scheibe steht zu steil im Wind und die Kanten sind immer mindestens 30 cm vom Helm entfernt, was zu Verwirbelungen führt.
Dann war das original Federbein vollig untauglich. Das ist von der Schwinge ja direkt angelenkt, da gibt es keine progressive Umlenkung, wie in praktisch allen anderen Bikes. Auf der Landstrasse in schnellen Kurven mit Bodenwellen hat sich das Teil so aufgeschaukelt, dass ich keine Linie mehr halten konnte und beim harten Anbremsen ist das Teil wie ein Osterhase seitlich weg geholpert.
Das wichtigste aber ist, die Kühlung im grünen Bereich zu halten. Die Überhitzung kann auch jeden in Europa treffen, der mal an einem heissen Sommertag Topspeed fahren will.

It's brand is called "Bodystyle" but I don't recommend it. Get the Puig one.
Honestly, I like the stock license plate holder and dont like the shape of the new wind shield.

I’d love to get a tail tidy and exhaust for mine when I get it, but both of those are illegal in my country to modify 😭

@@AkaiCBR Singapore hahaha. The number of things that are illegal here are frankly ridiculous. So many exhausts aren’t allowed because for whatever reason, the standards are even stricter than Euro 5 or 5+.
It honestly doesn’t make sense.

@@AkaiCBR tell me about it… lots of laws here don’t make sense either, not just for bikes. It’s why I’m just building up my career and my life now, to be able to move out to another country with less strict laws.

@@AkaiCBR Hauptsache du hast dich gut erholt und hast die Zeit genossen. Jetzt wo es endlich warm und sonnig ist, wann hast du dir vorgenommen doch noch eine Tour (du wolltest glaube nach Italien) mit deinem Bike zu machen, fährst du dann alleine oder mit anderen Bikern?
@@Bern284 Das mit Italien hat leider nicht geklappt weil am Tag der Abfahrt die Welt unterging... 6 std im strömenden Regen wäre nicht cool gewesen. Ich werde demnächst, wenn ich Zeit habe, mal zum Sudelfeldpass fahren. Längere Touren darüber hinaus mach ich eigentlich nur mit Freunden, aber hab auch mal Lust ein Wochenende alleine in ein anderes Land zu fahren! Kroatien soll toll sein.
@@AkaiCBR Finde ich gut 👍🏻 Möchte eh anfangs Deutschland bereisen, da wir auch interessante Ortschaften haben, bevor es Richtung Ausland geht. Natürlich wäre ich trotzdem offen für Alternativen im Ausland. Motorradfahren bei schönem Wetter, ist eh Genuss pur 😙👌🏻

War bei Raximo und Kollegen auf der Homepage…weit und breit keine Griffe, für das aktuelle Modell… 🤷🏻♂️
Scheint so einiges noch nicht „verfügbar“ zu sein….wie z.B. auch eine alternative Auspuffanlage
Nagel mich nicht drauf fest aber ich glaube dass die 24er Maschine fast nur n Facelift zum Vorgänger ist und man die meisten teiler der älteren Modelle bestimmt auch für die Kiste benutzen kann

Tires are probably the most important mod
Unless you want to use the maximum lean angle for most people tires won’t make a big difference - most tires perform excellent in day to day use, like the stock tire on this bike. Tires are also something that cost a lot of money to try and see which you like best. Not really a mod, more something that comes with length of ownership imo
They gave the RED CBR 650R 2021 a black radiator, but for the BLACK CBR 650R 2024 that I got, they installed a bare aluminum one. WTF HONDA xD
