This is one of my Graenolf skits on what those quest givers be like.. It's hard not to wonder where they come up with these demands. And often why they can't solve them themselves? When you do every side quest, you'll certainly run into this. It's fun to experience the best side quests in games, or even secret quests you may have missed. I'm always looking for those. It's still better than the guy in the Hall of Dead in Whiterun that has you get is special amulet of Arkay that's worth over 100g, but only gives you 5g as a reward

Seriously though. How do they lose them in these violent places and yet they somehow escape perfectly unscathed?
The theories say that they only drink beer in Skyrim, so everyone's constantly pissed outta their mind. That would explain a lot in my opinion.
I think they tried to be an adventurer like us, but took a falmer arrow on the knee, losing said thing in the process

Quest giver: you get a steel sword that somehow does less damage than an iron sword.
Hero: is it inchaned?
Quest giver: oh yeah, it does 35 points of shock damage to all dogs
Quest giver: I call the sword - "Wolfsbane"
Hero: That is a pretty cool name for a sword
Quest giver: It also poisons the person holding it

Senile Scribbles had a go at that, it ended with the Dragonborn tricking the quest giver into reading an Elder Scroll which blinded them

She got into the ruin, lost her sword while fighting the final boss of the ruin, barely climbed out and passed out at the entrance, then some guy, I forgot his name, found her and saved her.

Me 5 minutes into gameplay: 100 incomplete missions and counting because you're not bothered to do them.
The hardest part about having the quest giver with you is when they say
"This way follow me"
And then proceed to go into full sprint for like 5 minutes with you like catching up to them slowly because you actually run out of stamina.

But in the end the hard work ist worth it! You get a massive reward! Respect + ... oh wrong game, okay forget it, you get an highly enchanted, OP Iron Dagger (Creatures and people up to level 1 flee from combat for 2 seconds) perfect complement for your legendary dragonbone gear.

When you misplace your triket In another realm and need a hero to get your item which is worth like 100 gold I wish they were options to give the npc like double the money to avoid it as are they really missing that silver necklace with the enchant of like bows do 2 more damage
This is so accurate it hurts.
I also love the fact that not only do they know exactly what cave whoever robbed them lives in, they also know who has the key to the locked chest behind the hidden wall in the secret basement under the main bed and will gladly point you directly to this chest they've never seen.
Please never stop making these skits
