Very inspiring. Now have to get back to diligently practicing on my harp. You’ve got a fantastic teacher too to have helped you progress so fast and so far in the space of only one year. Kudos to both of you 😊❤🙌🏽👏🏼🥰
This is so encouraging to me who is also a beginner harpist. I've had a year so far, but I haven't been practicing as much as I should, so I'm still doing simple melodies on a lever harp.
I always wear rings when I play and most I know wear at least their wedding band. But I wouldn’t want rings that are loose and spin. I found it more of a problem scratching my solid gold flute than playing harp. Great year. I began playing 4 months ago. I love it. I have some pretty bad lung problems so playing flute was getting more stressful, especially if I was hired for gigs and then my lungs weren’t cooperating so I finally began playing harp which I had wanted to do since I was a child. But my parents said no and I played clarinet in school, then on to flute and now this.
Haha nice, i like to keep my wedding band on as well. Great to hear you started the harp recently! How relaxing is the sound of the instrument? I feel like it's super theraputic. Good luck with your harp journey :)
Hi Farah, my daughter is learning harp and we base in Melbourne as well! Can I know where you bought the Aoyama pedal harp from? And how much was it? Many thanks
Hi Farah, can you give me a bit of review on your princess sakura aoyama pedal harp? I'm looking to maybe buy it or the un-decorated version the Aeolian 47 in the future. And OMG you're in Melbourne too? I am in Melbourne and also started learning the harp in Feb this year :)
Hi Nhan, you won't regret it!! It's a beautiful instrument, extremely light in comparison to other pedal harps yet has so much depth to the sound, the video really doesn't do it justice it sounds even better in real life, the higher octaves have a very bright sounding string which makes it easier to play and this is the semi concert harp size. The bass notes are so full and resonant. I'll do a proper review video one day as I've had a few other people ask about this :) but definitely go for it! The aeolian will be exactly the same without the decorations. You won't regret it.

One day you will! I believe ❤️
This is so cool! I've always wanted to play the harp but my parents are still urging me to focus on my current instrumets.
Good luck with your instruments! I'm sure you'll get a chance to try the harp one day :)
@@FarahDiyanah Thank you
You should be consistent on what you have
@@ValentinoNathan Yeah I think so too, it's just before I learned the violin I wanted to learn the harp, just didn't managed to find a class.
@@White-tq3si well, same, I also learned the Violin
How’s your experience with Aiyama Sakura? Any maintenance service in Melbourne?
