Nice unit setup and if it's not a secret how much you are paying montly/yearly i your area? Don't you think having just a unit with very limited parking space is limiting you with stock quantity? I am going to aquire very similar size unit but I am afraid that I will outgrow it very quickly as I could store about 10 cars there but I would need a space for lift, tools etc as I am working on them myself.
