I discovered Ren around the same time as everyone else (Hi Ren release), and haven't been able to stop listening to him, his collabs, and his band The Big Push. I'm obsessed.

You’re completely right. Ren was born to be on stage. There’s just something about this man that demands attention. I have said similar on some reactions to the Big Push too. All members are talented but you can’t deny how important it is for their success to have such a charismatic frontman in Ren. He is special. All while being humble and building up others. He deserves all the love and recognition ❤

I was very lucky to have been introduced to "The Big Push" a couple of years ago, then naturally watched the music evolve. An immense talent and they all deserve their individual successes.
I could quite honestly watch Ren performing all day, all night and still be mesmerised, captivated, Renergised, hungry for more and even more in love than I was the hour before lol. Last time I felt even close to this was my early teens 40 years ago swooning over the heartthrob bands of the day and they didn't have an iota of the talent and presence Ren does. I almost feel sorry for him as pretty sure he's gonna get swamped with girls and women of all ages clamouring to touch him in giddy hysteria one day in the not too distant future😁😆
Would love to see Ren and Sam colabbing together again - fingers crossed You can make that happen with them both in Chicago and film every single second for all of us who can't make it there

I was speculating last night that if Ren tried busking in Brighton now, Brighton would be screwed. The police would be overwhelmed with the number of people turning up to watch, they'd have to shut him down.
I've seen this awhile back but didn't remember much of it, hot dang Ren! Could this be his longest/fastest flow yet? Super impressive!
I love the way they aren't afraid to just jam, try things, and play around despite there being a big crowd. They could pull out their guaranteed big hitters but instead they're having fun, making the music they want to make, and drawing the crowd in with their enthusiasm.

I hadn't heard you say that before about women driving music sales and I find that super interesting. And I will say this as a woman ... of a certain age ... lol ... while I am 100% obsessed by Ren and all things surrounding him right now, it's not in a creepy, cougar way. Yes, he and Sam are good looking young men, but their moms are probably my age or younger than me and that would just be super weird. I might need an extra session with my therapist if I was looking at them that way. 😆 If anything, some of his music just makes me want to hug Ren and fix all the things that are hurting him. However, having said that, I am completely drawn into the music because of the sheer talent. I love being surprised! And these live performances give an instant injection of energy that comes with watching people love what they do, do it well and hit you with blinding charisma all at the same time. It's an easy addiction, honestly. And one that won't make you gain weight or go to jail, so ... there's that. 😜 (And stop saying, "Even if you don't like me ..." We like you!)
Just imagine if you could get the Fantastic Four--Ren, Sam, Chinchilla, and Eden Nash! Chicago would be rockin' harder than the Beatles. A second British Invasion to rival the first!
Edit: You know, putting them downtown would get the people rockin', for sure. But you might have it best as a non-venue performance. Find an empty parking lot of an abandoned building or out in the parking lot of a closed down mall or something like that where the space is already big enough. Depending on how public transit is over there, I know Chicago's got the L-train, but I don't know how reliable it is. Best would be to find a location that converges along public transit--trains, busses, easily accessible for using a parking garage and walking over.
Get the permits you need for live performances. Hell, if you've got any law enforcement friends, play Hi Ren, The Tales (full), and How to Be Me. Infuse the spirit of Ren into those whose help you might need. Make it all low-key. You don't need billboards or flyers to get the message of any performance out, just Instagram, TikTok, and RUclips. The people will come. In the busking he did of The Tales, he said busking is where he's most comfortable. If you know any stage hands from local theaters, they could help build the stage for him. And the easiest way to provide concessions at an event like this is to do what y'all do best in football season and call for tailgate parties.
Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, I'm sure there are others. The apps could easily be used to not only pay the tailgaters for the food they cook and serve, but you could probably also make sure there's one who has a grill set up to Ren's diet which--you'd have to check to be sure--I believe is chicken, ribs (beef or pork, I'm not sure) and like 3 vegetables, I believe he said in one of his Instagram stories, with cracked salt and cracked pepper. Others with hamburgers, hotdogs, brats, and such. The only thing you couldn't serve would be alcohol, unless the bar you've got an in at would have the ability and willingness to set up a booth of some kind. The money apps could also be used to tip Ren and his entourage the same as one would toss money into his guitar case.
The other option you could do for this, too. I know Chicago, like any big city, has a population of homeless. You could encourage such a thing as a "meal for me and my friend" where a person buying food off a tailgater would pay double to amount so that if there are homeless near/attending they would have a meal already covered for them. It may not be much, but it's something. Doing things like this can also be considered a tax write off, so you might be able to get local grocers to donate food to be cooked. Even just hotdog and burger buns and some chips. May not be much, but it can go a long way.
Bring busking to Chicago and make it mainstream. The only way to get the industry to change is to show them what the people actually want. All right. I'm going to stop rambling now. Loved the reaction!
Okay, last edit. Planned with enough time and whatnot, and getting all of them or even just Ren to get the word out to their community about a live show in Chicago, even if it’s only for one night, I’m sure you’d have people from the UK and other countries coming over to see him perform which would have an increase for the hotel/hospitality and tourism industry in Chicago. Okay, that’s it, now I’m shutting up.
I hope Sam gets a lot of attention too now that Ren has blown up!

To be honest I definitely like Ren's singing voice a lot better than Sam's. Sam uses his falsetto a little too much. He gets very pitchy with it at times to the point that it's almost annoying. I'm not hating on him. I am just voicing my opinion. Ren's voice has so many different textures to it. Great reaction ,Cliff!
