One crucial issue emerging around this topic is that some people simply do not have access to healthy food. Especially in developing countries where living conditions are not high, and people work hard but are not paid well, it is very selective what they will eat. There are countries that already tried to solve this issue. In the Philippines, for example, poor people usually eat rice every day and very few things except it. This results in child malnutrition and overall malnutrition. People lack crucial elements like vitamin A. There was a “Golden rice project” initiated, during which rice was enriched with the necessary elements and got included in people’s diet.

I never forgot reading what George Dawson had to say about food magazines in his autobiography 'Life is so Good'. While he had a point, I still think this studying this kind of thing is great!
Very helpful; thanks a lot for sharing. My main takeaway: have a lot of fiber-rich food and minimise fatty, processed food as far as possible.
Even our guts encourage us to promote diversity!
I LOVE their animation always😂
Specially this video every single scene was done amazingly! Awesome creativity!
Only if we know how each and every food interacts in our bodies! Good compilation, looking forward to a more updated one on this topic ^_^ As always, this is great work, thank you for doing this!
I have always eaten fastfood and low fiber food for years and im paying the Price now with abdominal pain and constipation after just some few days with high fiber food and no sugar drinks i feel so much better🙌

kombuchaは昆布茶じゃなくて紅茶キノコのことですよ〜
「Foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, tempeh, and kombucha provide variety and vitality to our diets.」
→「キムチや ザワークラウト テンペや 昆布茶などの食物は 私達の食生活に多様性と活力をもたらします」
Tempeh is the most delicious! You should try it!

When she says "diet too is emerging as one of the leading influences on our guts." The first 30 secs of this video is the most I've ever studied about the gut and I could have told you that 35 seconds ago.
