211 PT Input Lag Test PC 3080 Marvel vs Capcom 2 15ms Off GSync (repeat)

Note - I thought VSync was on, it wasn't.
This phototransistor input lag test 211 was conducted for Marvel vs Capcom 2 on PC 3080. 500 trials were performed, looking at Command History. The in game settings for VRR were Off and the system settings were GSync with the Inzone M3 set to Faster using a Brook UFB fusion. The results were 15ms. 16501us and 19190us were measured, giving results of 15503us at the top of the screen and 19840us at the bottom of the screen.
